If you go on road trips and like to drive straight through, then this is a MUST have as an essential road trip accessory! My boyfriend and I recently took a road trip from Kanas City, MO area to Virginia Beach, VA for his little brothers HS graduation. We decided to drive straight through, so we didn't have to spend money on a hotel as they are quite expensive now days. I am so glad I found this!! This fit perfectly on the back seat of his Kia EV 6. It made it so one of us could sleep while the other drove and could sleep fairly comfortable. There is a piece that folds up and lays against the front seats, which we ended up flipping it and laying it against the back seats to have more cushion on the back. It also came with a blow up to place on the floor in the back seat to hold up the part that lays off the seat and 2 other blow-up pieces called footrests/pillows. We didn't end up using either of those because it laid across his back seat perfectly. I highly recommend this, not just for road trips but it can be used for camping, back yard camp outs, or a blow-up mattress for when you have extra kids staying the night. It is the size of a twin mattress. It seems to be made well and even comes with a bad to put everything in when not using. It did not lose any air as we laid on it. The only thing to be aware of it HAS to be blown up in the car. It only comes with a car adapter on the machine the pump. Other than that, this was the BEST purchase, and we were both really glad we got it.

TL;DR: The two I ordered both had leaks right out of the box. Material is thin and seems likely to get punctured easily. Fits my truck well and was comfortable while it stayed inflated, which wasn't the whole night. The Good: The air mattress fits pretty well in the back seat of our 2020 F-150. It SEEMED quite comfortable, but I'll talk more about that in "The Bad" section. The pump inflated the sections pretty quickly and there didn't seem to be any risk of overinflation. I like that it has a head rest so that you won't hit your head on door parts. It's acts as a pillow for those who are a bit taller and can't fully stretch out in your back seat. The side support also protects my vehicle’s backseat console from a errant knee that could come in contact with it a break something unintendedly. It comes with two small inflatable pillows. Personally, I've never found these to be all that comfortable, but they are a nice to have. The Bad: Before I took there out where I needed to depend on it, I inflated everything. My FIRST one had a slow leak in the headrest. When I noticed it had deflated the next morning, I ensured the plug had been inserted fully and it was. I blew it up once more and it again deflated. I ordered a SECOND one and did the same thing. All seemed to be OK, but the main mattress did seem a bit less deflated but not by much. My mistake was I didn't place anything of weight on top of it because the first night my daughter users it, it completely deflated. Once again, I checked the plug, and it was completely inserted. So, receiving two that have leaks in them right out of the box is not a good sign that they've had good quality control. The material isn't as thick as my Coleman air mattress that I purchased many years ago. I wouldn't even say it is as thick as my Intex River Run I Float Tube for which I have several so I feel a accidental puncture is inevitable. It feels about the thickness of an inexpensive pool float mattress. The inflatable support does reach the top of the mattress but doesn't butt up against the front and back seats, so it tends to tilt. One would think that you could move the seats back to stop that from happening but that's not possible due to the mattress width so if I were to deal with that in the future, I would place soft items, such as pillows, in front of behind to take up that space and secure it better. Conclusion: Two brand new mattresses out of the box with leaks is a non-starter but add to that the potential for it to get easily punctured, I can't recommend this at all.

Took our first trip using this last weekend. It was surprisingly very easy to set up and it was comfortable. I love how it was easy to store as well. Fit right under the seat. Gives us freedom to travel anywhere. I'm in love with this.

“Absolutely love this car air mattress! Super easy to inflate with the pump, and it fits perfectly in the back of my SUV. Very comfy and thick — slept like a baby on a road trip. The pillows are a nice bonus too. Totally worth it!

This inflatable backseat mattress fills a hole (actually two!) in my camping gear. I love to solo camp and I have a truck bed tent, but I always worry about a backup for when the weather finally gets through. Sleeping in my truck is uncomfortable, but with this air mattress filling up the space between the front and back seats, I can finally lie down on my back without my shoulder falling through. The pump that comes with the mattress is functional and I like that the valves have a second valve that holds the air in so you don't lose half the air you pumped in when you pull out the pump. The mattress doesn't fit the entire length of my 2005 Ram 1500 back seat, but that's fine as it gives me some space to put my shoes or other gear. Looking forward to using this a lot this year!

This is a great air mattress for my car. It’s thicker than I expected which will make it very comfortable to sleep on! The air seems to stay just fine unlike most air mattresses, and it folds up so small I can keep it in the trunk.
