I’m 5’4.5, 195 lbs, 38G, with a 36” waist and I ordered an XL. This suit feels surprisingly well made and the fit is super flattering. It has that shapewear “hold you in” feel but it’s not super tight or uncomfortable. I’m normally a swim dress gal but I would totally wear this without a skirt. I like that the straps are adjustable, but it has those weird foam cups that move around, and were kind of oddly folded on themselves when they arrived so it took some adjusting. You can see in my picture that the lining is a little loose and can be seen through the mesh if you’re not careful. Ultimately the plunging neckline of this suit is a little too sexy for a family vacation, and I definitely would be concerned that I might fall out of it while swimming. So cute, great fit, but unfortunately not practical for me. ... show more

When I first opened the bag, I really liked the bathing suit – it shaped my body nicely and looked great. However, there is one major downside: the metal adjusters on the straps. They were extremely uncomfortable! I wore the suit for a day on a cruise and found that I couldn’t lay on my back because the adjusters dug into my skin. It got so uncomfortable that my shoulder blade started hurting after a while. Unfortunately, I can't return it, but I wouldn't recommend this bathing suit if you're planning to spend time sunbathing or lounging. It may look good, but the straps make it difficult to enjoy wearing it for long periods. ... show more
