My 7 and 9 year old grandsons love this. Simple as advertised, throw it in the surf have fun. They have a colorful and fun designs that just adds to the fun. Not too big for the beach bag and can mostly disable for a better fit. A bit pricy considering the risk of losing it at the beach but well built with quality materials and should last a long time.

Surfer Dudes are hands-down one of the best beach toys we’ve ever come across! My kids (now 10 and 12) have been playing with their Surfer Dudes for years, and they still don’t get tired of them. It’s one of those rare toys that’s truly fun for all ages. Just toss your Surfer Dude into the surf, and like magic, they turn around and ride the waves back to shore—no batteries needed! The surfboard is self-righting and unsinkable, which means less frustration and more fun. Assembly is super easy, my kids were able to do it all by themselves and the surfer figure detaches from the board, which makes packing up a breeze. If you’re heading to the beach, this is a must-have. Durable, entertaining, and totally kid-powered. Highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. This was by far our favorite toy and absolutely lived up to the Toy of the Year hype. It is simple, affordable, and endlessly fun. You just throw it out into the waves and it surfs right back in again and again. Our kids played for hours and never got tired of it. It is lightweight, packs easily, and held up great even after tons of beach use. It also turned heads everywhere we went. Several parents saw us playing with it and immediately asked where to get one. A couple of them ordered on the spot. If you have kids and a beach trip planned, this toy is a no brainer.

This product is awesome especially if you have little ones! We have a 2 year old who we took to the beach and used it and he loved throwing it out and chasing it down when it would come back. It’s a perfect toy for the beach and would recommend if you need another beach toy.

Brought this on a recent beach hopping trip in San Diego. It worked! Throw it in the waves and it comes right back! My kid played with it for an hour straight! So fun!!

This toys has been a perfect beach toy for the kids for the past 2 years! 3 & 10 year old both played with it, even other kids were joining it chasing the surfer and tossing her back into the waves. Easy to take apart and small enough to fit in beach bag without taking up much room. It washes clean and it’s so cute!
