The toy is really fun but we did learn the hard way that you shouldn’t take it out in super windy conditions or when there is a strong current because they can be taken away from shore and the strong wind can cause them not to work well. I would recommend only using them if you are prepared to swim after it. Giving 5 stars because the customer service from Surfer Dudes is outstanding. The obvious amount of thought and care that goes into their product is unbelievable. Truly a great company that deserves the support!

This is my second Aussie Alice that I bought. The first one I was too quick to give a bad rating to because the pieces broke off after it crashed in a wave and I lost Alice. I truly think that it must have been my fault for not properly fitting it together. The second Aussie Alice is holding up just fine with many trips to the beach. It is a lot of fun. It gets a number of looks and questions from people passing by when I am throwing it in the water. I let them take a picture of it and tell them to buy it on AMAZON. I also bought a male surfer one for a male friend of mine so we could race them together. Fun. Plus looks cute in my coastal decor condo. This is great for kids and adults.

Great product. Well made. They did not break. We took these to the ocean and the kids played with them the most. Great buy. Throw them out and wait for them or come back. They always came back with not problems. We did not have to worry about the ocean taking the toy away.

Product was easy to assemble. It is well made and adorable. It did exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s fun in the ocean. It might be fun in the pool for a very small child. My kids were a little too old to stay interested for very long (8 & 10)

My kids loved these surfer guys! They always come back to shore. We used them in the beach in Maine on a really rocky spot and they would get stuck on the rocks for one or two waves and then eventually would make it back to shore. One of the uncles threw them out 30-40 ft and they still would come back! Even the adults were having fun with them.

The media could not be loaded. Wow !!! Just wow !!! These Surfer Dude beach toys are amazing! First of all, no batteries or tools required to assemble- just a few clicks and they’re ready to go! I bought three of these for my grandkids and they were all amazed by these surfer dudes. I know the suggested age is 5 and up, but with supervision my 2, 3, and 5 year old grandchildren all enjoyed them and were able to throw them in the water by themselves and sure enough no matter how they threw them in, they surfed right back to shore every time. I was actually a bit nervous that I would be jumping in the ocean to retrieve them but thank goodness- no need. The adults had a blast with them as well. They come in bright colors, durable, and there are plenty to choose from. This is a fun toy and would make a great gift as well . Super happy with these little Surfer dudes! Surfs up !!!!
