Awesome GoPro mount. Easy to take on and off

This is a great action cam chest mount. I would say that I am a pretty big guy, and at first, I was a little concerned that it wouldn't fit. So I pulled the adjustable straps all the way out, and once I got the whole mount on, I was surprised and delighted to see that I actually had to pull in some slack. So I would say that the adjustability of this harness is really great. The overall feel of the harness is really nice too. The straps feel like a high quality fabric, and all of the buckles and adjustment points and everything feel really durable and high quality. The mount connects to the harness using magnets, which are actually pretty strong. It feels like it holds pretty securely, but also comes with a safety strap thingy just in case maybe you're in a really wild situation and the camera actually falls off, it won't completely fall off. The design of the mount is really ingenious, with the magnets. This design allows you to wear the harness itself under a shirt, and then just attach the mount on the outside of your shirt, that way you don't have the whole harness showing. Lastly, I'll mention the comfort of this harness. I found it to be very comfortable overall. I wore it for about 2 hours straight. I was concerned that I would get sweaty under the main chest mount area, but the mount is surprisingly breathable. As I mentioned, I was able to wear it comfortably for about 2 hours, and I kind of even forgot I was wearing it. Oh, and one bonus I will mention is that because the mount is magnetic, it can be removed from the chest mount and placed on anything else that is metal. Just one little cool feature you get with this chest mount that you don't get with others. Overall I am very satisfied with this chest mount and can easily recommend for anyone looking for an action cam chest mount.

This is pretty great. The magnets are strong as it relies on two magnets pulling at each other. you can put it under a tshirt and just have the detachable mount visible.. and then remove it when you don't want to be camera shirt guy. It seems it would be useful for activities where you want to make sure the thing doesn't fall off (this is the one for that). The straps are easy to adjust and once the camera is mounted to the magnetic mount, you can just slap it on. Installation: you install it onto yourself by adjusting the straps and there is a buckle that makes it easy to put back on after you've set the strap lengths to fit snug. Durability: The straps are stretchy which makes them comfortable, but they also seem like they would hold up for a long while. The straps remind me of some suspenders my dad got really excited about. They have a supportive but all day comfort elasticity. The buckles seem like good quality nylon and with appropriate rigidity and flex. The part that the camera mounts to seems to be especially well made. It has a breathable pad in addition to padding along the border so you won't feel the support plate/board digging into your chest. The magnet on the base part is strong enough to hold other things. I put my adjustable wrench on it and that was great until I saw the stain my wrench left on my shirt. If you want to stick a go-pro to your chest, this is how you do it.

EDIT; after using this for approximately a month, I actually like the smaller plate more. It seems on the larger plate that the camera can more easily spring forward. Not quite sure why as it doesn’t really make sense, except for the fact that the two straps on the smaller plate are more centered over top of the camera. You can still use the upgraded one, but I would suggest that you have the top straps that go over your shoulders pretty tight. This is much less of an issue if you have the harness underneath of some clothing. But it still can be an issue on relatively loose fit clothing. This was something I never experienced with the original. still very happy with it though either one. I have the original SUREWO chest mount for GoPro. Have always been very pleased with it as it works very well, so I was excited to try this new one. They definitely made an improvement on this latest version. As you can see from the photos, the base plate is much larger than the original. The magnetic mounts are still the same and I can attest they will not come off by accident. There are actually two separate magnetic mounts on this. One of them attaches to the base plate magnetically so you can put the harness underneath your clothing. The other magnet attaches to the first magnet. This can be detached and used on other types of mounts. A huge plus for anybody doing a lot of action camera work. There was one improvement that I was hoping they would make that they did not. On the back plate where the two neck straps come together, they have the webbing oriented where you have a bit of a seam that rest on your skin if you don’t have this over top of a T-shirt or something. On the old unit, I cut this off and redid it so that the seam was away from the skin. The photos show the back plate on what would be the skin side of the mount. As you can see that little extra amount of material that sticks out would rub right against your skin. You can also see in the other photo, the one that I modified, and it is much more comfortable. I will probably have to do the same thing with this one. This is the only reason that this is four stars instead of five. Still, overall this is a really great magnetic mount and makes working with an action camera super easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend.
