I ordered this set of cooling pillowcases in the standard size, and the first thing I noticed is that the dimensions listed in the description don’t match what a standard pillowcase should be. The product page shows measurements that are way too small for any real pillow (in the product description area "Product Dimensions - 2"L x 3"W"), so I’m assuming that’s a typo. The actual pillowcases I received fit my standard pillows the way they should, so the sizing in person is correct even though the listing is written incorrectly, I got a chuckle out of it. The fabric has a smooth, cool feel that works well for hot sleepers. It has that silky, breathable texture that doesn’t cling, and it stays dry through the night instead of trapping heat. The stitching looks clean and reinforced, and the envelope closure keeps the pillow from sliding out. I prefer this style over zippers because it’s quieter and easier to wash. The material is very lightweight, it is different than any of my other pillowcases. They washed well on cold and came out of the dryer without shrinking or losing their shape. The fabric still felt cool and soft afterward, and the color didn’t fade. They’re lightweight but not flimsy, and they look neat on the bed. Aside from the odd size listing, the pillowcases themselves are comfortable and easy to care for. If you’re looking for something cooling and smooth for warmer nights, these work well and look like they cost a lot more than they actually do.

I am reviewing the Surefit Washed Ultra-Chill Cooling Pillowcase Set of 2 For Hot Sleepers. Crisp and Silky In Color Gray. I am a sleeper who struggles with feeling too hot at night. I thought this pillow case made specifically for hot sleepers would be a great product to try. I must say, I was a bit skeptical at first, but once I slept on it, I became a believer. Measuring 19 1/4" x 25 1/4", I was able to easily fit this over my standard bed pillows. The envelope design was secure and kept my pillows covered nicely. The 60 percent nylon and 40 percent rayon material is smooth, ultra soft, cool and comfortable on my skin. I am happy to report that my first night sleeping on these pillow cases was a huge success! I was actually able to sleep through the night without waking up and feeling hot, and the temperature has been in the high 80's. The pillow cases are machine washable and easy tumble dry. I would highly recommend this pillowcase set for anyone who is a hot sleeper in need of a refreshing night's sleep.

I tend to sleep warm, so I was looking forward to trying these pillowcases, and they did not disappoint. They have a cool to the touch feel right away, and that makes a noticeable difference when you first lay down. The fabric is smooth and soft with a light, crisp feel that stays comfortable through the night. I also like the envelope closure, which keeps the pillow in place and gives it a clean look. I have been using these pillowcases for a couple of nights and while the fabric does feel smooth and pleasant against the skin, I have not noticed any meaningful cooling effect, which is really the whole point of a product marketed specifically to hot sleepers. The bigger surprise, though, is how thin the material is; these are sheer enough to see through easily, which is not something I expected or would consider acceptable at this price point. A pillowcase that reveals the pillow underneath does not inspire a lot of confidence in terms of durability or long-term wear. If you are simply looking for a soft, lightweight pillowcase and cooling is not your primary concern, the feel of the fabric is genuinely pleasant. As a cooling pillowcase, however, it does not deliver on what it promises, and the sheerness of the material is difficult to overlook.

I really wanted to love these pillow cases. The grey color is beautiful, and the material truly stays cool all night – no waking up sweaty. They're silky soft and feel great to lay on. The stitching seems well-made, and they're easy to clean. However, they are so silky that the pillow case slides right off the pillow during the night. I woke up multiple times with the pillow half-exposed. For the reasonable price, they're good cases if you don't move much in your sleep, but restless sleepers might get frustrated.

Super soft thin material; almost feels like silk. This material fits the “chill” claim pretty well. Fit nicely on my standard pillow as said it would. Seems durable after a week of use now, no rips or snags unlike my silk pillow cases. Came with a slight factory smell but it completely disappeared after one normal wash in the machine. Shipping was fast and they came in a nicely packaged box.
