Description

Sure-Grip Fame Roller Skate is a perfect skate for roller rink use. Features a fantastic boot with the indestructible ROCK nylon plate, Sure-Grip Fame wheels and ABEC-5 bearings. Some larger size skates might have the aluminum Super X plate (Bolt on toe stop). Product might ship in an unmarked white box. We do this to ensure that the package does not get stolen when it arrives and also to limit our carbon footprint by not using multiple cardboard boxes. We ensure that the product is authentic no matter how it is shipped to you and we appreciate your understanding as we continue to become more carbon neutral.

I use this skate for our learn to skate kids class when skater shows potential and needs to be out of rental skate. Not my first choice but my first choice given price and sticker shock to parents for "real" skates. In order to give a tad more action .. which is what skates need and skaters need more .. we switch out the cushions. The ones that come with it are too hard so we change out to a bit softer cushion. Adds expense to skater but worth the money. I do not recommend for adult or heavy skater because if you don't know how to skate properly the boots really don't give as much support. ... show more

My size is Eu 36 and I purchased women size 5 (already scaled down 1 size) but they are too big even with thick socks on. Going to refund and purchase size 4 instead. You can see in the picture from the skates that US size 5 is actually eu 37/UK 4. Wish they have a size chart included and I could have got the right size. Shipment is fast though. ... show more

I love these skates, although I haven’t had the chance to roll in them yet, I’m recovering from a knee sprain(from skating). However, they are well made and seem to fit good on the one foot I tried! I’m more impressed with the customer service this seller provided! My skates were a little dirty, nothing deal breaking, due to a packaging/handling. I reached out to the seller and they gave me options to replace the skate or a partial refund! They were prompt and super responsive to the issue and handled it quickly! I usually wear a size 8 women's shoe. I purchased a women's size 6 skate and they fit perfect. These are so much better than the skates you can rent at the rink. I couldn't believe the difference. Definitely worth buying.

Love, love, love them! Im a skater who spent most of the 80’s “at the rink”. Have only skated a handful of times since then. These are perfect for me! The boot is great & is cushiony inside. The plate & wheels are rink ready! If you are a beginner skater these wheels & bearings may be a little to fast, but go ahead & try, just be cautious as they are much quicker than rentals. Cant wait to get some colorful wheels once I get some time on these! For sizing def go down a size. I wear a 6.5 in shoes. I have a size 5 & they are NOT snug at all. Skates usually do run big.
