Description

RB XL is designed for the larger-foot skater. It is the only skate in the market specifically engineered in sizes 14-17.5 to provide the durability, support and performance that larger skaters require. What makes the RB XL unique is the structure and frame design, with boots and cuffs strategically reinforced and an extruded aluminum frame with an ideal length for proper balance; an optional brake is included. Extra cushioning, a buckle/strap/lace closure system, and 90mm Performance wheels with SG7 bearings also assure that larger feet get equal performance in a skate.

Oh my goodness I’m rollerblading again! It’s been 24 years and I never realized how much I missed this. So these skates are perfect, they are huge, well made, and from all experience so far exceptionally tough. I’m 6’5” 405lb size15E feet… and these beauties fit like a perfectly sized glove. I didn't believe the other reviewers, but I should've. These skates are a true size 14! I'm a 13-14 shoe and thought for sure with skates, I should go bigger. They were VERY comfortable and rode well, but the cuff buckle would not tighten up enough due to the LARGE size of the ankle opening on these. For safety reasons I am returning them with a 5 star review and instantly ordered the size 13.5. These aren't like the skates from the 90's! These are comfortable, fast, and stylish! I have size 17 feet. These were one of the few pairs available in my size. These are great. Not only are they comfortable, but after 12 hours of use so far, the wheels are still pristine, I haven't chaifed in them, they breathe, the wheels are smooth, and they don't look like "doodoo farts". For size 15.5 shoe this fit me perfectly. It honestly was my only option in the price range. I have used these and haven't noticed any broken parts or weak points yet. Blades are supposed to be tight so it has taken some getting used to. They are different than hockey skates. They roll in crappy streets and even grass. I have not tried the break but I do believe it can be put on either or maybe both skates, on the rear ... show more

Don't assume that you need a bigger size that you actually need. You're probably here because you have 14+ and if you can squeeze in a 13 and it's really tight, don't get anything above a 14. The 14 is definitely a 14, no joke. If you're a 15 and you can fit a 14 tightly, go ahead and get the 14. They're big. The quality is insane. They're awesome as far as style and comfort go. The blades allow you to add general accessories to them. Your choice whether to put the stopper thing on it. (I prefer not to use that thing). But you've found it! used to love skating as a kid, but at age 16 my foot was a size 16. Couldn't find or afford skates that fit me, so hung it up for 15 years. Now Rollerblade makes these XL skates, they look good, they fit great, and they skate even better. Love them and have been skating on these for exercise every day. Upgraded the wheels to some rollerblade hydrogen wheels and replaced the bearings with some SG9 bearings. Very quick and very stable.
