I read some reviews that said this was big and bulky, but I don't feel that way at all. It's sturdy, it sits nicely on my lap or on a desk. I took it on a trip recently and it worked perfectly on the plane. I also love the cute cover. Reminds me of high school so long ago. I bought this for my 8yr son about 2 months ago, and it is holding up ok so far. When the lid is closed, it looks like a real composition notebook. It seems pretty sturdy and durable so hopefully I won't need to replace it anytime soon.

I use my iPad to read in bed, and this cover makes it easy for me to lie on either side and prop up the iPad (sideways) to read ebooks comfortably. Facing one side, the cover can be tented and thereby supports itself. Facing the other side, it leans nicely against bunched up blankets or an extra pillow. Can’t stress enough how beautiful this cover is and how “grippable” it is due to its slightly textured surface.

As a professor, I couldn't resist this notebook looking iPad cover case. It is very sturdy, and it definitely looks like a notebook when it's sitting on the table or in my car (no, I don't leave it there, but if I did, it would pass as a paper notebook and not attract thefts! I left out one star because the openings for turning on at the top, and volume buttons at the side are difficult to use, not quite aligned with my 9th generation iPad, even though it says it is. You can access the buttons, but not easily. Still, I love the look and am very happy with how well it protects.

I was nervous because I saw a couple reviews where it said it didn’t fit the iPad. But I think those customers did not have the correct iPad size. Everything lines up great with my iPad 10th generation. It’s a really nice snug fit so it doesn’t feel like my iPad is gonna fall out. I was surprised by how thick and sturdy it felt when I pulled it out of the package! I love how much it looks like a composition notebook and feel like it’ll really be a great deterrent if somebody’s just quickly looking. I’m really impressed with it and the price and I don’t regret buying it!
