If you are looking for a home gym, you should strongly consider this one. I am very glad I decided to go with the SupGym despite the apparent lack of reviews at the time I made my purchase. This set-up is excellent quality, especially at this price! The J cups are robust, the pulley carriages are really nice, the cables are high quality, it’s compact, it’s sturdy, and it’s super versatile. I even removed the rear weight plate storage so that I could place it next to the wall for extra space saving. It’s easy to use and the assembly instructions were easy to understand. I am super happy with my purchase, and recommend anyone in the market for a home gym to go ahead and get this. It’s great. Also, the customer service is excellent, which is a rarity these days. A box was damaged in shipping and some hardware was lost, but Anj, the customer service rep, was perfect and resolved everything promptly. I love this gym. It's well made and the pulleys are smooth. Everything is easy to switch out to change what attachments you're working with. It feels strong enough to handle whatever I want to do in it. I am not a power lifter or anything like that. If you're into that, look at some of their other products. Everything came in good condition and it came quickly. I'm not super tall and it was nice to be able to reach up and grab the pullup bars without needing something to stand on to get to it. The width of the rack makes the pulleys nice for cable crossovers. The clips for attaching everything are stiff and dont like opening too much. I'll be replacing those. This rack occupies a smaller area than ordinary racks, but its functions are so complete. I have to say I am very happy with this rack. I am very pleased with the quality and safety of this frame that I can say I am not worried at all that this machine will bend, break, collapse under weight or stress. The pullies are smooth. The base is solid that there is no shake when I do pullups. There wasn't a single piece of this machine that I felt hesitant about while putting it together. Also not a single part nor any of the nuts, bolts or washers were missing. Been a while since I paid money on a product and felt it was worth the price paid. This did not let me down. Received all packages ahead of estimated delivery date. Instructions were fine and pretty straight forward once I figured out how the pulley cable was supposed to run. I set it up by myself and it took a little over two hours, mainly because of all the nuts and bolts that needed tightening. Make sure you have a socket wrench handy to make that easier on yourself. Have been using this for a few days now and I love it. It gives me a much better system than my stand alone pulley or my exercise bands that have worn out and broke. It also looks great (got the white because it’s in a dark basement) and fits perfectly with my low ceilings. Would highly recommend. ... show more

Perfect machine for all your workout needs. No longer have to go to the gym. Can doing everything I need to do at home. Very sturdy system. There are so many exercises that you can do on the machine. We got the rack delivered super quick and it took only 2 hours for my friends to assemble them, very simple, as the same time, highly recommend watching their installation video, it just helps clearly show how things are put together. I always liked the idea of having a home gym, but never did it because I didn’t realize there were cages with cables that did more than just a lat pull down. This machine is great. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks but it seems to be really solid. I did have an issue with some of the parts coming with some damage, but it was likely from shipping and not the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and they were very easy to work with and made it right. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a home gym and has the room for it ... show more
