If you want to glass to really adhere, it has to be spotless, so never let the phone go without one. If you get a crack, use the cleaner, let it dry, then use the sticker to get any other detritus or lint off the phone before proceeding. Hold the glass with two hands holding the edges over the phone, line it up and once you let go, LET GO. Let the thing drift and it will adhere. I've never had a problem and it looks great.     • Everything You Need but Use the Video Instructions

I like these a lot and have used them on several phones. Absolutely do watch the video instructions found using the included QR code. Use the first video for tempered glass screens. Everything else you need is here, and I recommend you use all of it - the hinges, the dust remover, the alcohol wipe, the microfiber. The three secrets to a perfect install are alignment, dust removal, and patience. I also use a pin with a plastic ball on the end, and a good flashlight. Clean your screen with the alcohol wipe and microfiber. Avoid the phone's side buttons when you place the hinges. Swing the shield into place and look for perfect alignment at the corners and at any camera hole you may have. Check for an equal gap on all four sides. I may do this four or five times before I'm happy. Next, know there are dust particles swirling in the air around you and being shed from you while you do this job. Use the flashlight and the dust remover to get every one of them off the phone screen. Blink and a new dust spec will land. When clean, peel the plastic off the glass and fold it into place just like you did when you aligned it. It should adhere evenly. If you can't smooth out a major bubble, you may be able to gently lift a corner with the pin until the bubble is reached, and then smooth it down again. For my Pixel 9A, this shield is a perfect fit, looks good, and does not affect the touch screen sensitivity. I've broken two of these in drops. The phone's screen survived. ... show more

I purchased this product in Feb of 2025 with some hesitation based on the negative reviews; however, after over 6 months of use I have found that the screen protector works fine. One negative review noted that there were air bubbles after installation. I experienced a similar issue, which resolved itself the first time the phone was charged overnight. Others complained of dust and particles under the glass. I didn't experience this as the work area was thoroughly cleaned before installation began. The only problem I had was getting the proper alignment of the glass. First screen didn't align quite right so after a few months dirt got under one of the corners.
