Exactly as expected! If I could give this an 11, yes! Took a little time, and a steady hand, but with practice, it was very easy to line it up. Start at the bottom, then sit back and watch it self-install! Had a couple dust particles sneak in, those were removed with the included stickers. Bubbles went away. I was able to lift the glass for corrections until It was to my satisfaction. Very happy with the fit, the edges didn't lift when I put my case back on. Next time, I'm going to leave the case on to help align it even better, no need to take the case off. Fingerprint sensor, touch sensitive works as it should, feels positive, doesn't feel "hollow" like the previous brand tried and failed. Let it stick overnight, don't rush it, it's that easy. My first time using a glass protector - so far I don't notice it at all and all the bubbles (even some big ones) were gone after a day or two. When I dropped it on, it landed a little farther down than I would have preferred - the edge hangs off the bottom a little. If I cared enough to redo it, it's nice that there are two more in the package. I also like that it's a sturdy rigid box it comes in, so I can keep the extras in my go-everywhere computer bag. I have noticed that if I select that I'm using a screen protector on my pixel, it doesn't work as well. So don't use screen protector mode, just use it normally. I applied the protector before I even set up the phone, so all my fingerprints were set up through the protector and it works very well. Overall, great glass. No bubbles. Easy to install. That being said, the fingerprint reader ratio goes down significantly. Yes, I changed the display settings to the screen protector setting. Got new phones so we needed new screen protectors. There are 2 of us and there were 3 in the pack - however that worked out since the first one I installed didn't lay quite right. When I lifted it a little to reposition it, it left big bubbles that wouldn't go away no matter how much I tried to massage them out. After my husband got his protector installed I took mine off and installed the 3rd on my phone. Just be careful in your initial positioning and they work fine, I saw a lot of comments about bubbles but as long as we didn't try to adjust after install they only bubbles were a few tiny ones that went away. ... show more

Over the years of phones recognizing the face or fingerprint, I've never been able to connect. I've bought Supersheild glass screen protector in the past, but not in recent years. I've typically gone with a very overpriced product which warrants their glass for lifetime. Great marketing, but the process of getting a replacement is burdening. I put off contacting them because of all the things one goes through to get a broken glass replaced for the costly price that's paid. I felt some amount of fear about dropping a new phone. The returning process just wasn't worth it. I've made my last purchase from them. Ever. Upside, I did receive a plastic guide from that purchase that lays over my phone which helped to apply the Supersheild screen protector. It's clear, went right into place, and had very few bubbles. By the next day the glass had relaxed enough that great adhesion made the view beautiful. I just cannot say enough about the quality. I know this sounds light years behind everyone, but for my phone to recognize my face or be able to discern my fingerprint is awesome. No my phone did not do an update. This is not the only phone that could not detect either. I've had both iOS and Android. I've experienced two different android phone makers that would never work. I was amazed that after applying the SS protector, my phone recognized my face! Not believing it was real, it worked with my fingerprint too. I did have to go through the fingerprint settings again which is instructed by Supersheild. Regarding how long this will last, no one knows. I only know that the other brand may have been thicker, but it broke fairly quickly. I do use good impact resistant phone covers, so know how much I tried not to go through the company for a return. 🙄 don't ask why I kept buying them. BTW, these broken screen protectors are glass and will put tiny cuts on your fingers. Cost high or low. I really wished I had purchased these screen protectors months and months ago. Plus you get 3 screen protectors! I hope this helps you make a solid decision and satisfied purchase. I did and I won't ever be zig-zag'd about my tempered glass purchases again. i have used it for three months. i think the finger print reader works 95% of the time, but there are times where it does not work. i have only had one of the protectors on so far and it has lasted the whole three months with no wear or tear on it.
