Their universal mount didn't fit my 2019 Suzuki King Quad 750 but from past experiences mounting winches I had a Kolpin mount waiting. Instructions were not all that great but I had spent some time on the appropriate forums so was pretty well prepared. Installed this winch on a 2018 RZR S 900. Construction seems solid and it comes with every thing needed to run wiring all the way to the battery box. Wireless remote is fantastic. Could use another style mounting plate for attaching wired switch to a flat surface, but if your handy enough to install this yourself you should be able to come up with multiple ways to install a switch. Wiring schematic was the worst thing. The diagram was way to complicated for what was needed. Don’t fret there is a simple diagram on line. Just google it. Winch is fine but I bought it for a specific utv but, I still had to buy a mounting plate to fit my machine. Added almost another $100.00 to the cost. Fits well now and fairly easy to install after getting the proper mounting parts and instructions.

I was looking for a solid winch for my 2018 Polaris RZR 570. I didn't want to spend the $400+ for the Polaris brand just because it would be a direct harness wiring. The instructions on this unit are ok. I created documentation as part of my work duties, so I'm a little critical when it comes to instructions. I feel like they missed a few steps and I had to reach out to their support to find out what the "extra" parts were for. After a couple emails back and forth it was determined they were extra. The install hardware itself was good quality. After some googling, I was able to figure out how to wire it to the ignition by using an accessory wire that was tied up and hidden. I haven't had the opportunity to pull myself out of it yet, but it seems to work fine from what I can tell. ... show more

Directions were a bit hard to follow. Not too bad for me, but for a novice might be an issue. Was difficult using the viper mount but it was well made. Motor bolts line up perfect but you have to redrill the front guide to fit the front holes. I was able to mount the switch box in the battery accessory compartment which should help it last longer out of the weather. Mounting on the back of the winch bracket was not easy.
