I was worried to order this all-in-one machine, but I should not have been as its fantastic. No more taking out clothes from the washer into the drier it's all automatic! The quick small load cycle only takes 50 minutes to wash and dry, and the door even opens when its finished. I have also tried just the washer and also just using the dryer independently and both work as if it was two machines. Worst mistake I’ve made on Amazon. Can’t use hot water only or it will give you a message that something is wrong with your pipes. My pipes were perfectly fine for over 40 years until I got this machine. I can’t use the steam option either. It never fully dries my clothes since I first got it til now. It can’t handle even moderately weight loads. Otherwise it will shake so much, sounds like drum will break. There’s no setting where I can just throw my wet clothes in for 20 or so more minutes. All my clothes come out embarrassingly wrinkled. My family has started ironing their clothes. It takes 2+ hours just to do one load and since it can’t handle large loads I have to do twice as many loads. I always have damp sock, towels and jeans Every load. I’ve even tried to only have one towel or one pair of jeans per load and it still comes out damp. I have only had it for 6 months! My first mistake was buying a combination washer/dryer. All these problems and More are common with these machines. Second mistake was buying a major appliance on amazon. If I had bought this machine from a local store, I would have Definitely returned it for a refund long ago and bought a stackable. There are other issues I haven’t listed but when I tell you I hate this machine so much, I plan on trying to do an even trade at a local store just to get rid of it. ... show more

    • Not what I was expecting out of Samsung
Did not purchase on Amazon purchased from a major box store. Does not dry very well, clothes damp to wet even when set on more dry, and a loud noise when drying. Had technician out a couple of times and last time with Samsung on the speakerphone, not knowing that I could hear him, said that there was more than likely from the video that I had taken and the technician sent him, that it was probably a compressor issue and they would not take care of the problem. ... show more
