I've had this case for 1.5 years. It's held up pretty well. I had to buy a replacement because I've dropped it one too many times especially while the kickstand was deployed (kickstand is busted now). The phone has always been safe and I love the thick edge this has around the screen. The thick edge lip is a few mm taller than the phone screen, which helps protect it when I put it face down. This case is really well made and thick. Because it's so thick, you cannot use a glass screen protector on it. I got a very nice thin film screen protector which allows me to use my fingerprint sensor and it doesn't interfere with the case. Overall I love it! ... show more

I haven't used the stand much but one of the 4 tips broke off a while back. I could still use it although I had to be careful or that end would come out. Today i needed to take pictures of a number of small items and so I set up the camera with the camera so I could position the items with 2 hands and a 2nd tip broke off the other end so now it will not work at all. The case itself is still great at protecting my phone from the many drops and I like the color so I will just have to use one of those little phone holders from the dollar store. ... show more

    • Good but kickstand broke after a year

I have now had this case and holster for almost 2 yrs and it held up pretty well with the exception of the kickstand. It broke just over the year mark where it would sometimes fall off when I went to use it. Now it can't even stay on. If you don't ever use it then this is a great case. Inductive charging works while in the case which a lot of cases with kickstands don't. The belt holster clip is still functional and can rotate 360. I also drop my phone several times a week and the screen hasn't cracked. Overall for what I paid for it, I got my value out of it. I'm buying a another one. ... show more

It's rugged without being overly bulky and the rubberized edges allow for very secure handling without being at all "sticky" like you might expect from any rubber-like substance. Husband seems to be satisfied so far. Fingerprint reader doesn’t contribute to star rating because it doesn’t have a built in protector. But so far it hasn’t cause his tempered glass to pull up, so that’s a plus. Although, he did pull his phone out of his pocket and his tempered glass was cracked all the way across. But I’m not sure if that has to do with the case or the protector itself. ... show more

The case goes on and off my belt easily therefore I only need one case to move from one pants to another. The ears that hold my phone snag my coat when the phone is not in the case which is a very small concern.

This is my 2nd time purchasing this case. It is a great case. I love everything about it. Sturdiness, drop protection, color, easy to hold. With that said, the kickstand is poorly designed. After only a few months (approximately 5-6 months) it broke and was no longer usable. It is made of flimsy plastic and bends easily. I contacted the company and they replaced the kickstand, free of charge. It worked great for another 2 months or so, then the case started chipping/breaking where the clip locks into place. The Stand still worked except now the phone rocked and, sometimes, fell over. I ordered another one just like it (different color) because I really like the case, but I am really hoping this one will work out better. I reviewed a lot of cases before deciding on this one. It doesn't come with a screen protector but I knew that before ordering. It's a solid feeling two piece case with a matte surface that feels slightly rough, making it comfortable to hold. The buttons aligned well and also feel like they're making solid contact with the phone's buttons. The USB cover fits securely and is a little difficult to open but I'd rather have the solid fit than a flimsy one. I chose the red color and really like the design; black on red with interesting contours. There are 5 small rubber pads on the backside (camera side) embedded into the red plastic that the case sits on when placed on a table. The pads keep the phone from sliding around on a flat smooth surface and protect the backside plastic somewhat. The rear camera lenses are recessed into the case. The rear stand folds flat into the case. It's a little stiff to open but this will loosen up with use I believe. ... show more
