the case itself is made well and seems to be sturdy, as i have used products from this manufacturer before. the issue i have is with the screen protector as at each corner the front frame lifts the screen protector off. I have now installed 3 screen protectors and 2 of them ended up cracking at the corners. what i did was remove the front frame, then had to file away the rough edges on the inside. i only did this for the top 2 corners. next I placed the front frame over the phone before I installed it back into the rear cover. dong this relieves pressure when the front fame is pushed in to lock to the rear cover. There are 2 small bubbles at the 2 bottom corners, but i will live with it as they are very small. When i need to change the screen protector I will then sand/file the bottom corners. ... show more

I've owned multiple Samsung Galaxy phones, and with each one I immediately ordered this type of case for my phones. I've never had an issue with any of them and I love the protection that they provided the phones. However, the case for the S21+ has a flaw none of the others had--it bubbles up the screen protector on the edges. I read this in other reviews, but thought maybe they used a different screen protector, or maybe they installed it incorrectly, as I had never had an issue. Still, to be sure, I installed the screen protector and let it cure for more than 36 hours, then installed this phone case very carefully. It still happens...bubbles up, and "pushes up" the screen protector in the corners and on some edges. I've taken the case off, smoothed down the bubbles and carefully reinstalled it. It doesn't matter. It is a terrible flaw in an otherwise great product. They need to fix it! UPDATE: After contacting SUPCASE, they asked me if I'd used "case friendly" screen protectors. The ones I purchased did not say. So, I purchased ArmorSuit protectors that are advertised as "case friendly." I installed the new protector and waited 48 hours for it to dry fully (much longer than the 8 hours on the instructions), and then put the case on carefully and correctly. 4 days later, and the screen protector is still bubbling at the edges--I've spent more than $20 on screen protectors that this case almost immediately ruins. Poor design for a case that I've really liked and used. Do not get this one until they fix the issue. I've requested a return and refund. ... show more

I just received this case, and the first impressions are good. With my phone inside it feels sturdy like it should have no problem absorbing most impacts, and between the texture of the hard rubber and plastic pieces, it doesn't feel like it will just slip right out of my hand. It is fairly comfortable in the hand. The jury is still out on the kickstand. It works well and secures nicely, but I am unsure of how lightweight it is or how prolonged use may wear down the lock points as they are just plastic nobs molded into the case. My one complaint is the cases of minor issues with the corners of my protective screen glass. the case fits very snug to the phone, to the point where tension on the corners of the glass creates a small bubble under each corner that I have yet to be able to work out. To me, it is only a minor issue that can be lived with, but that is the only reason I am not giving this an overall 5-star rating. ... show more
