I have used natural beeswax furniture polish for years - it is so much nicer than some of the other chemical concoctions available. This SunVara polish has a nice consistency and a very smooth texture. It's easy to apply and rubs in well to leave very little residual product on the surface of the wood. It's definitely like a moisturizer for your furniture! I applied this to a cabinet that has a few dry spots where the original finish has rubbed off, and it buffed up beautifully. This product also smells really nice - orangy, but not overpowering like many of the fake smells. I love the fact that this is a natural product with 'locally' sourced ingredients. I would, however, suggest that you think ahead and DON'T order this product through the summer months, as it melts. The item I received had obviously been exposed to the heat at some point in its journey to me and some of it had melted through the cardboard container and the box it came in. I don't think the product inside was detrimentally affected ... it seemed to work as it should, however, the fact that this polish had melted at some point meant it looked like I received slightly less volume of usable product than was originally in the container, and the container itself is now very 'greasy'. That being said, I would definitely order this product again.

SunVara has a fine new bees' wax based polish. I use it mostly to rub unfinished surfaces. I build several coats to give a protective luster of a finish. Every so often, an additional maintenance coat is a good idea,, depending on exposure. I have tried it on already finished surfaces to good effect, especially on warn surfaces where I do not want to refinish. Old furniture benefits from the glowing enhancement.

I tried this on my older, scratched up windowsill and it’s definitely a good moisturizer. It was similar to putting on a good lotion to your dry hands in the winter. It didn’t make much improvement to the scratches but it did give it health glow, if you will. It may work on light scratches, mine are deeper ones from my dog’s nails.

The media could not be loaded. What’s not to like about a wood conditioner that you can use on your furniture and your cutting boards? It’s also great on leather! If you get it on your hands, just rub it in. It’s good for you, too! I really like this stuff, as you can tell. It worked wonders on my cutting board, conditioning it very well and helping diminish knife scratches. It comes in a thick cardboard canister, and due to the summer heat was very liquefied when I got it. Do not open yours up right away. Either put it in the refrigerator or let it sit at room temperature for a while if it has been in the summer heat. The cardboard container did get oil stains on it, but nothing that came through to the extent that it will get on anything if it touches the container. It’s well priced at under $19, and a little goes a long way. It’s also versatile!
