This DVD player works wonderfully! It states it can be used for about 5 hours without being plugged in. We have used it multiple times (roughly 5-6 times) and I still haven’t put it on charge. Picture quality is great and I love that it has a remote. I can be driving and have the remote to quickly and easily push play without having to pull over and adjust anything. Screen size is great! The kiddos can see it just fine with no complaints! It was super easy to attach to the seat. We ordered the purple one, and liked that there was options on color.

We purchased this as a birthday gift for our sons 7th birthday. He loves to watch our old dvds and this was much more convenient for him to use. The video quality is as expected as is the audio. The battery seems to be going strong thus far, no complaints there. After about five months of use, we did experience some audio issues. The built in speakers started to cut in and out & one of the head phone jacks was no longer working properly. At this time I reached out to Sunpin regarding the issues and warranty. I spoke to a very kind and attentive representative named Yolanda. Via email, we were able to get everything squared away and she assured me a new device would be sent out. We actually received the new device sooner than expected. Even with the minor issues, I would still recommend and purchase again. Customer service was definitely 5 stars!

We bought this portable dvd player to use in the car. The player itself has worked well. The only issue we’ve had was the volume level. If you don’t use headphones, it’s extremely hard to hear the movie while in the car. My iPad volume is louder than this dvd player. I love that you have the option of mounting it on the headrest or holding it in your lap. We had ours on the console so two kids could watch the movie at the same time (without spending more money to buy a kind that comes with two where multiple people can watch the same thing). Because it was so difficult to hear the sound this way, the next time I may just have one kid hold it where they both can see the screen. I bought some headphones that allow one kid to plug into the dvd player and the other kid’s headphones can plug into the first pair of headphones. Maybe this way, the headphones will reach better and they can hear it better. I do like that there is an option of plugging two headphones in to the dvd player. (I just don’t think the headphone cord is long enough to reach that way in an SUV with one kid holding the player on one side of the SUV.)
