It's well made and was easy to put together. It's enough storage for my stuff and I love the towel rack. The only problem I have is that the hooks aren't adjustable. My shower door is 1/2 inch wide and the hooks are 2 inches long. It tipped into the shower until I adjusted the suction cups. Now it stays put. I like it, but it makes the shower opening seem crowded and smaller. We'll see if I keep it. ... show more

When I received the product there was a part missing. I contacted the company directly and received outstanding customer service. We had a couple of other issues come up but their customer service was very fast, courteous, and really wanted to make things right. The product, once I received it, was just what I ordered and works well. I would recommend this company for the quality of product but especially for their customer service. The thing is assembled very easily. Also is very easy to break or strip screws that attach basket to hangers. I barely tightened screw in the hole and it just broke lose and keeps spinning. Very very cheaply made.
