I used these posts with a solar powered charger and poly braid to keep 4 legged animals out of my vineyard. The posts are super easy to install and they have enough rigidity to easily support three strands of polybraid. The included clips make stringing the wire around the perimeter of my little vineyard very quick and easy. I spent a lot of time and energy growing my vines to maturity and building my trellises, but one visit from an escaped goat or pig could force me to have to start over. These posts allow me to keep them out and to keep out wildlife like deer and rabbits. They work great and are super inexpensive as compared to fiberglass poles from the farm supply store.

These posts are perfect for that purpose. These fiberglass posts are quite thick and strong. They are black and have a black cap that protects the top of the post where you might drive it in. The 100 clips that are included in the package appear to be stainless steel, and work really well. You squeeze them together and release them where you want, and they stay in place nicely. The posts are 42 inches long so if you drive them in about 6 inches you would have a 36 inch high fence, which is ok for electric. I would mention a couple of things to keep in mind during installation. First, the clips will only go on the posts from the bottom (sharp end) because the cap is too large to allow them to slip over. So, you have to decide how many you want on each post, and install them before driving in to the ground. Second, there is a possibility that livestock could pull the wire away from the clips, so putting them on the inside of the fence will prevent that from happening. Overall this is a great set of fence posts and clips for electric fencing, and I am very pleased with this purchase. I would highly recommend this product.

Not as sturdy as the old white fiberglass, broke one when driving it in ground. Maybe I am too rough but the old white fiberglass have held up for years
