Love the cart. It's a little hard to turn from the push handel if it is filled with stuff but works very well as a pull cart. The wheel did break at one point.

After using this wagon for camping trips, gardening projects, and outdoor events, I can honestly say it has exceeded my expectations. The push-and-pull design makes it much easier to maneuver than a traditional wagon, especially when carrying heavier loads. I was disappointed at the quality. Bought this for my son’s baseball games. Second time using it and has already ripped in multiple places. The handles are not very sturdy either.

This is hands down the best wagon I've ever owned, and I've owned a ton of them. I am so impressed with this, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. First, it's build like a tank. The body is strong and will hold up to some abuse, I do not doubt that it can toat the claimed 500lb weight. I piled it full of heavy gear and it moved like a breeze, even on rougher terrain. The wheels are a thick, heavy, all-terrain type that can handle it. They are not the thickest wheels I've seen on a cart - I have another name brand one whose wheels are truly insane - but this one is half the cost with more features than that one, and just as well built. Now the features, this is really where this cart stands out. It is so packed with actually useful stuff you know that whoever built this thing knows exactly how customers use their carts. I won't mention every little detail but there are few things that make this really stand out. The push feature is fantastic, it's the only wagon I own that has one and it makes a huge difference when moving heavy loads - this feature alone makes this wagon a cut above the others. It's sturdy and doesn't buckle even when pushing serious weight. Combine that with the truck-style drop-down for loading/unloading and this is just a beast for moving large/bulky/heavy items. The depth of this cart is also worth mentioning, it is much deeper than any of my other wagons and holds a ton of gear because of it. I can get almost all my camping gear in this with no problems. The only things that won't fit are the ABCcanopy 10x10s, because they are also built like tanks. All my other 10x10s fit just fine when angled down into it. The folding mechanism is great, it's easy to use and compacts down seamlessly. For such a large wagon the footprint it leaves in my car when compacted is minimal. I can take this with me anywhere without having to consider whether it's worth the room it takes up in my car; it's minimal, and it's always worth it.

This wagon definitely carries the load and folds really well without taken a lot of room when packing. I lock the locking wheels especially for a wagon this size could get away from you with a full load or any measure of an incline. A bit of a challenge guiding the turning wheels with sharper turns. Still working on the best way to maneuver. They Pull Handle is solid w/multiple positions to both pull & store. Extra side pouches work well and attach very easily. Folding Bottom Pad is sturdy and packs well when folded. There’s a nice outer pocket to slide the bottom pad into the outer cover. It condenses and stores nicely, with included cover for storage. Extra length helps me carry my PA System, Chairs, Backpacks, etc.. I will say, when you fold it back up, it does take some effort to get it all back tight enough to strap and get back into its smallest shape and in the outer cover. You essentially have to bear hug it and wrap it up with the strap, then place the outer cover over it and slide the folding bottom into its outer pocket. All in all, I love it. Well worth the money. I will probably buy a 2nd for the gun range.
