I like this garden wagon for what it offers with storage, basket to place an empty container to place weeds or plants to place in the garden. I sometimes sit to pull weeds to give my back and legs a rest. It was easy to put together on my own but there is a part that required another set of hands. There was a missing bolt for the build. I believe this will be a valuable tool for me and make it easier to work in the garden. I am a very handy, 72 year old female, and I have put many things together over the years. This cart was a challenge because I used only the written instructions as I was assembling, and the photograph in the instructions wasn't identical to the cart I received. For example the rear axle in the paper diagram has a round rear axle that is put through holes in the rear frame. My axle carrier was a square tube, which seemed a bit odd here, constructed a little differently than the diagram. I think there may have been a slight remodel, but the instructions didn't follow the remodel. Also some of the written "steps" for assembly have one or two minor errors. For example on step 2 it says mount one washer, the wheel, then another washer and finally the nut. That makes two washers per wheel, but only 4 washers in total are included. The diagram however illustrates correctly, with only 1 washer per wheel. These are small things, but they cause wasted time. As it is, this is a tedious piece to put together, although not difficult. I wish I had looked at the assembly video again as I was putting this together. It does make it look effortless (which isn't quite accurate), but the method of assembly is right on. So watch the video first! Bottom line, I bought the blue one and I love the cart. The seat is slightly wobbly because the stem is height adjustable. I hope that won't cause any stability problems when I'm using it. A final point, the written description of this cart says it holds up to 330 lbs. This isn't an issue for me, but I did notice that the factory instructions say holds up to 300 lb. For someone large, this 30 lb difference might be an important issue.

Love this rolling garden stool. The first one I received was lacking the hooks on the frame to hang the basket. Contacted the company and they promptly shipped me another complete stool. That is great customer service. Was told I did not have to send the defective stool back. The stool is sturdy and the seat is very comfortable and wide. I have already used it almost daily out in my garden.

This sort of thing can be had cheaper elsewhere, but the difference is you won't get steering. You might not get the bucket holder either. For me this is a 5 gal wagon with tool tray and a place to rest comfortably. Gardening is a little easier on me with this tool.

After much research, I purchased this "top rated" cart for my wife who loves gardening but has mobility issues. Of note: if you buy it, plan on keeping it. You'll never get it packed in the box the way it came. Everything was jammed in the box and crammed together. The instructions aren't clear or complete. They say that you need a Socket wrench, Adjustable wrench and a Phillips screwdriver to assemble the cart. What they should have said is that you need a Metric socket (though a 3/4 socket does work to tighten the wheels) and a number 3 (5mm) Phillips screwdriver to tighten the seat. You could probably assemble this with two adjustable wrenches but it would be more difficult. I laid out, but didn't examine, all of the parts. I was missing the M8x30mm Hex Bolt which connects the steering. I could have called Sunnydaze and had them ship me one, but why wait a week when I had one from HD in 30 minutes. Step 1 says to mount the narrow end of the tray to the front of the frame but the photo depicting that step shows the narrow end facing the back of the frame. Step 3 says to tighten the tray hardware to the front of the frame and that the back of the tray will be tightened later. Small problem. Nowhere in the instructions do they tell you when to tighten the back of the tray. I did it as my last step. Three quality issues. The 8x30mm bolt used to connect the steering goes into a hole much larger than the bolt which allows play in the steering linkage. A larger bolt or a bushing should have been used. The wire basket that I received that attaches to the rear of the cart had a severely bent (crushed?) prong. I was able to re-bend it into a shape that would allow the basket to attach. It's steel. Without the correct tools and/or strength, you may not be able to do this if yours is bent. Of greater concern is that the right front axle and wheel have significant play. I believe that the axle may milled the wrong size. I swapped tires and they all wobbled on this axle. All the other wheels fit as they should. It's sloppy, and the wheel wiggles, but I don't think that it's a safety issue. I called Sunnydaze to inform them of my disappointment and to offer, what I hoped would be, a constructive critique hoping that they may find it helpful. After first "scolding" me on the phone for not calling them first about the problem(s), to their credit, they issued me a full refund and told me to keep the cart, give it away or throw it away. I explained to them that I couldn't have called them first about the wheel or basket issues and they weren't apparent to me until I did the assembly step indicated. It's functional and I'm keeping it, but I'm disappointed in the scolding I received from customer service, the quality control and assembly instruction issues.
