Do not put this fountain indoors! It splashed all the water out. I had to refill the basin after one night. The puddle of water on the ground is all from the fountain in this picture. Like others mentioned (years ago) the water distribution is not equal. It results in severe splashing. I thought the product may have improved since some of those reviews were years ago. You’d think the company would improve their product instead of continuing to sell this mess. It looks nice. Great size. Somewhat light weight. No screws or hanging supplies are included. You will need those. It would make a great planter if you didn’t want a water feature. I’m returning because the lowest setting of the pump still causes uneven flow and splashes on the ground. I’m worried someone will slip and fall in the water. ... show more

No matter what rate you put the pump at, the water splashes out of the front trough and gets whatever is below it wet. Had a sofa table below it, but had to move it because the water was ruining the wood. AND did not come with hanging brackets.

This fountain fit the bill as I was looking for a wall fountain like this but most other options were $1000+ After mounting, I had some water leaking problem from the basin but the company was very responsive and immediately offered to replace/refund. Currently I am trying to repair using Flex Seal ( Phil Swift :) )so I think it should not be a problem. If I am not able to repair they will arrange replacement or refund. Just as a FYI, I will be customizing this later with metallic and wood overlays. The silver/gray does not match my décor (which I knew before I purchased) but it seems you can add some individual accents as long as you don't do anything that might affect the warranty or performance of the product. This is a pretty fountain and the size was perfect for what I needed. However, I Ended up returning this fountain. It did not distribute water equally, so there was a lot of water flowing out on one side which resulted in a bunch of water flowing out of the fountain and making a mess of water on the floor. It had to be constantly refilled with water since most of it was splashing out. This might have been just a flaw or detect in the fountain, but I returned it and found another fountain, because I didn't want to chance it and get a replacement of this fountain and have it do the same thing. ... show more

Nice unit, fast shipping , a little smaller than i would have liked, but exactly as described. Beware the unit is fairly fragile as shipped, also it's pretty loud so I ended up putting some river rock in the basin to attenuate the sound. Looks nice and works good. Only downside is it splashes no matter what you do.... tried leveling... tried putting restrictor in line... still gets a 12” area around it soaked. A side benefit is it works great as a pet watering dish.

Beautiful waterfall. However it makes a lot of noise, the water is not evenly distributed and water is splashing outside the container, and no anchors to hang the waterfall. Converted it to an expensive decorations on my wall

Amazon shouldn’t even allow y’all to sell these anymore! They are painted with acrylic paint or something that isn’t permanent. There is at least 1 leak in the back and there is no copper inside at all so mold and mildew continually grows. This might be the worst purchase I have ever made! The water doesn’t even trickle out as it should and I have leveled it and made it perfect. Worst outdoor fountain ever!!! ... show more
