I read the reviews and learned that it was slightly inclined, which could not be changed other than putting a 2 X 4 under the back of it, and that made be pause before purchasing it; however, after the first time, I rapidly became adjusted and found it pleasantly challenging. Quick notes after setting up and one day of usage, will come back here once we've used it for a month and then six months. 1. Delivery was speedy, no issues with the package on arrival. 2. Assembly was simple, except for one place where we couldn't get perfect fit/tightening for the nut that holds the wheels and the frame together. Their diagrams/naming convention for parts can use some help. 3. The product is very easy to move around, just be careful for the folding pin and make sure you've folded it completely. 4. Absolutely value for money, and no brainer purchase if you are looking for something affordable to just get started. It is space efficient, fit next to my bed in the bedroom, and with a TopMate laptop cooler fitted on top of the LCD screen, I can use it as a walking desk to take work meetings or do light reading from. If you are looking for a treadmill desk, keep in mind the handle bars are at a low height (at waist level), so a standard treadmill desk attachment will be too low. Instead I used a large box (1 ft or higher thickness) placed on the handlebar as a reading surface. Limited functionality and a bit hacky but it works. 5. Finally, as other reviews noted, mind the incline. This is not a flat walking surface. It isn't the smoothest/easiest setting either. The resistance feels like 3/10 to 5/10 on a standard gym treadmill. ... show more

I waited 4 months to write a review because often times I read reviews on Amazon about products and they’re first impressions and not very useful long term. This review comes after 4 months of use 4-5x week, 1 hour or more at a time and it has kept up to this high demand. I purchased this treadmill when all gyms closed due to the pandemic in order to maintain my activity level. It didn’t disappoint. The assembly was simple, the space it takes is minimal and you will be hard pressed to find anything smaller, yet sturdy. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is because it comes with a preset incline of about level 4-5 you’d set in a gym treadmill. If you’re a newbie, this will tire you out and should start slowly. I would’ve preferred 0 incline or an adjustable one. ... show more

I am 5'4, 165 lbs, and 66 yrs old. I wanted to walk indoors. I wanted a machine from a reliable known company that didn't have programs I wouldn't use. Run it in no mode, or run it in a mode that will stop at a certain time, distance desired, or calories burned. If you want to log progress keep a little notebook or keep track on your phone or tablet, for which there is a shelf on the display. It runs smooth and quiet. Only had it since Nov 18, 2022 but I actually USE it every day. 14 inch wide walking space is fine. I don't stray off. Hand grips, and sturdy front bar are nice to have for balance and support if needed. Emergency stop cord is nice for safety. I couldn't be happier with this. I explored so many options my eyes hurt before deciding on this one. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but the fact that it is faultless explains why the others with faults cost less. ... show more

It was pretty easy to assemble. This is OK for what we need, something for seniors to use just to walk slowly. It would not serve an athlete or a serious runner. When we opened it on Christmas day one of the plastic knobs was broken. We have reached out twice, once in writing and once by phone but they refuse to replace the broken knob. I think they are afraid I'm trying to scam them out of a 2.00 knob. This seems pretty petty on their part and I'm glad we didn't have a more serious issue. I have had this treadmill for 2 months now and am loving the ease of use, features & it's storability. The ease of assembly was confusing until I watched a YouTube video - then it was a piece of cake. The written instructions make it seem far more difficult then it is to put together. My only issue was the mat is crooked and hard to maneuver or move. This is definitely for someone with a shorter gait as the running tray is not long at all.
