    • Great overall workout!
I love this little stepper because it provides a way for me to move my muscles in a productive way. I love walking, riding my bike, and yoga, but I don't have the motivation to do the first 2 during cold winter days. This stepper gives me a chance to move any time I want during the times I am home. It is super quiet and not too heavy. The only fly in the ointment is that you can only step for 15 minutes at a time because the hydrolics will overheat. I've just learned to divide my workout into 15 minute intervals with the recommended 30 minute cool down for the stepper. The arm band resistance workout you get is amazing! Works beautifully and I noticed results quickly but I used to workout a lot so I still have that good ol muscle memory. I've been using it at least four times per week, and I typically do about 700-100 steps. I put on my headphones and get moving! It's fun and easy to use. No excuses ladies you can be fine without a BBL just put in the werk! So far the device works perfectly and it hasn't started squeaking yet. This is a great little stepper. I appreciate that it has the armbands. I like that it can be stored easily, and not in the way. Also it has different mods you can use when tracking, so you can set it to time, steps, etc!
