I got this to keep up on cardio while I had a leg fracture. It took about 2 hours for my husband and I to put together. It's very quiet, and I like the bike part pretty well. The app I spent more for is hokey. It won't connect to my Android S22 Ultra. The phone says the app doesn't support more recent Android features. I love my bike. I use it about 4 times a week. I give you a F for support. The video you gave on Amazon is for a different product. I called the Amazon help line. Spoke to a lovely helpful lady. But she could not after more than 40 min get the manufacturer on the line. There are no reviews or comments. You need to right away correct the video with a proper step by step video for this product. We put it together in an afternoon but felt like we were working in the dark. ... show more

I did some research and checked various websites and reviews and finally decided on this one. It was a big purchase for my budget so I was concerned knowing the return option is not going to work with a big item like this. To my surprise, this rather low-end recumbent bike turned out to be a good product! I have put it in my living room facing the TV. Due to arthritis and age (66), I can't and won't go overboard. But it saves me time to go to a gym to use one. It looks and feels like a robust piece of equipment and my handyman who put it together said assembly was not hard. The two handles are connected with a flimsy plastic but I bought it mainly for knee and leg exercises since I also use resistance bands for my hands and shoulders. It's easy to use: even my mom is able to mount and dismount on her own and use the bike!:) I am 5'1" tall and use a pillow for my back to make my position more comfortable and closer to the front.. The setting is set all the way down to the easiest mode until I am strong enough for higher/harder modes. Happy I bought this and recommend it to others ... show more

Really great piece of equipment for the price. My husband assembled it in less than hour. Two cons- The seat is atrocious. A rock would be more comfortable. Buy that gel pad and be sure to stay sitting upright ( Your tailbone will thank you). Secondly, My hands could not stay on the handles comfortably because of the pulse monitors. I wrapped vet wrap tape around them to help with grip. Other than those cons, I am loving the workouts. I feel it in my arms and my core, not to mention my legs and look forward to how I feel in a month and onward. ... show more

The bike is great! Sturdy, quiet, and a good workout. Needs a pad for the seat but that's easy to add on. I bought this with Amazon assembly service, and I had a bad and then good experience. The first scheduled assembly/delivery was terrible. The driver left without contacting me, then messaged me later claiming he couldn't park his truck. I had reserved the loading dock, so if anyone had called I could have resolved that. They said he would come back in an hour with a smaller truck, but he never came back. Then I got the runaround from multiple people when i called to find out what happened. I rescheduled for the next day and had a completely different experience! They called ahead to see if it would be OK to come early, showed up when they said they would, followed instructions, put the bike together quickly, and were a pleasure to meet. I don't know if I'll use the assembly service again. The first experience was terrible but the re-do was fantastic: I wish I knew which of them was the norm and which was the exception! ... show more

My adult son put it together, so I don't know what to say--he got it done! It is nice and quiet and I don't have to have the tv up full blast to hear it like I did with my old recumbent bike. That is an incentive to use it more. I have it angled just a bit so I can easily see my screen. It's also not so heavy as to move it around to adjust where it sits in the room. It does remain in place where I have it situated. The price is good, too. The cons to this is the sensors in the handlebars are uncomfortable so I have to maneuver my hands around to get a good grip. I don't know if bike gloves would help or prevent the sensors from reading anything. Also I would like to have it go up a bit more for resistance. Although I haven't searched a lot on line, I can't find information on suggestions on getting the most out of it. ... show more

My husband and I first used a cross trainer similar to this in cardiac rehab. It was such a great way to get a cardio workout without stressing our joints. Found this reasonably priced alterative and decided to try it. It only took around an hour for my husband to assemble. Ive been able to reach my peak heart rate with no pain in my knees or hips. The only "problem" I've found is the resistance doesn't increase as much as the expensive machines. But, I think i can deal with that! ... show more
