Good value for the money
For an entry-level exercise bike, you can't go wrong for the price. No, this is not an exercise bike that you will be using in a "spin" setting, but, if you are looking for an inexpensive, entry-level exercise bike that will give you a good, honest workout, this is the bike for you. Minimal footprint, good quality materials..... It comes with a good instruction manual for putting it together, and it also comes with a light-duty tool kit. Be warned, tho, that you will still want/need real tools to get everything tight-tight. And you will also want to check and tighten all connections again after the first 5-10 miles of use. Common sense..... One possible issue for those whose backsides are not used to bike saddles is the firmness of the saddle that this bike comes with. To some, it would be a source of complaints. The saddle is firm and well-padded, but it is not cushy. Width-wise, those with well-endowed posteriors are going to be unhappy with the stock saddle. Forewarned is forearmed. If you buy the bike, you will be in the market for a wider, more comfortable saddle for your seat. All-in-all, this is an entry-level exercise bike that is hard to beat for the price. After 500+ miles since its purchase, it is still going strong without any mechanical issues. In that respect, it is a better bike than the $900 one that it replaced after the latter one self-destructed. Roll on, Sunny!

I received the bike and put it together upon receiving it. Putting together was easy. However when i began to use it the tension was getting harder on it's own and was making noise. I called the manufacturer, who said the tension belt must be off. Over the phone the representative had me take the cover off to inspect the belt. The belt was still attached. The REP told me to take the belt off and ride the bike without it. The noise was still there but there was no tension. The rep related the fan must be bad and said I had two options. First option was they would send the fan parts and new tension belt and have me fix over the phone with a REP. Second was send the Bike back for a refund, since I was in the window of the Amazon Policy for a refund. I elected to take the refund because , I don't think I should have to rebuild a new bike. I do not recommend this Bike because it was a new Bike and was poorly made. I rated it 1 star because you cannot rate a product without selecting a star. I give it a ZERO.

Sunny Health & Fitness stationary bike system received Monday, May 22, 2017 REVIEW
After many days and evenings of reading about and comparing stationary bikes online and going to look for them in local stores, I “bit the bullet” and chose this one. I bought it from amazon.com at a decent price of $117 with no shipping charges. Like most bikes, it does have a little seat that is hard and not comfortable. My street bike came with one, too, so I bought a new one. So, I determined to accept that and plan on buying the recommended gel seat that many commenters needed. I like that it is rather light, and slim and makes my home office an “exercise room” with room to walk around it still. Many people commented that it was not hard to put together since it comes in a box unassembled. Some complained that there was a small part or more that was missing and they had to call customer service to get it sent to them, or they compensated by making something themselves or buying from a store. Fortunately, my husband and I were prepared for that but pulled out all the contents of the box and found that nothing was missing. The simple tools the manufacturer included in the package were sufficient to complete the job within about a half an hour. The instructions are uncomplicated to understand. Assembled, it looks sleek, and simple and lightweight. They put 2 little wheels in the front foundation bar so that it can be pushed easily wherever you want it to be. It has to be lifted up from the back a little to move it. With thought, the manufacturer could put 2 little wheels in the back foundation bar so that they would not have to lift to push but they both would stay on the floor and can be rolled together. I don’t find that this is a problem. My concern was ease of operation, and quiet operation. So far, from the start, it is that. But I know that noises can develop eventually with moving parts so I have my WD40 ready to help. It comes with a meter to track your actions; that wasn’t important to me as all I want is a machine to work me out during my workout. I am 5’2” with short legs and arms and I am glad to report that the adjustable seat, which moved up and down, and forward and backward to adjust for a variety of sizes, has accommodated me just fine. When I finally ordered and put on the gel seat, in two different sizes, I found that the seat still is not comfortable. It is not the cushion seat, it is the little hard bike seat that is. The gel seat fit fine but it makes me slide forward with no stopper. So it is the bike that needs improvement. The movable handlebars are fine for me, as the adjustments of the seat allows for long or short arms to reach. The fact that it is attached to the pedals and always move when the feet move doesn’t bother me because if you don’t want to hold on to them, you can let your hands hang to your side and the handlebars will just keep moving but not in your way at all; they will not hit your head as you would be sitting up erect with your hands at your sides. Time will tell how sturdy and reliable this piece of equipment will be, but if it lasts in good shape for at least a year and I use it as regularly as I intend to, it will be worth my investment. And hopefully, it will endure longer. 5/24/17 thru 6/18/17

Fraudulent Advertising by Seller Sunny Health and Fitness
This bike was advertised on Amazon by Sunny Health and Fitness as having a weight capacity of 265 pounds. It came unassembled and when I had a technician assemble it, he pointed out that the owner's manual showed the bike had a weight capacity of only 220 pounds. Due to its size and configuration after assembly, it is not practical to return ship it and Sunny has refused so far to arrange for it to be picked up and my money refunded.

The exercise bike worked okay, but after 7 months, the resistance strap broke. Emailed the company to purchase a replacement part and they replied that they would check their inventory. That was the last contact I've had with them. I tried calling and was told that everything is done through email. Not sure if I'll be able to fix it or just junk it! UPDATE: never heard back from this company. Very poor customer service. Had to junk this machine after 7 months of use.
