I was not expecting the experience of installing this privacy fence mesh to be so incredibly easy and fast. I also did not realize it has grommets all the way around and that this package includes zip ties to help install it. I am utterly impressed with the manufacturer, with the quality of this privacy fence mesh and with the helpful and smart way they designed it and also very very impressed that they threw in the zip ties too. This mesh material is great, it is strong, light weight, it allows air to flow through it but reduces the ability to see through it dramatically, only when you are right up against it can you sort of see through it, but the further you move back from it the harder it is to see anything through it. The grommets stitched into it are strong and well made, I thought it was going to take me a few hours to install this privacy fence mesh, to my delight what you see in the photos took me all of 20 minutes to install. I am thrilled and blown away by how incredibly easy it was to install. I will be buying many more roles of this in the coming weeks. I am so happy with it, and I think you will be too. ... show more

I have free ranging chickens and last year they decimated my garden. So I thought maybe if I have fencing that would help. It did help somewhat, but they saw the green plants and could not resist. So, I chose this privacy fencing to obstruct their view and it has worked so far. I like the grommets on all four sides. This made ituch easier to secure to my fencing. The material is a nice heavy duty mesh which is very opaque. It allows airflow, where a tarp would not. The 50 foot length allowed me to enclose the entire garden area. My privacy screen is true to size measured correctly. The 6 ft tall privacy screen fit perfectly around my four foot fence. I chose 6 ft so I can overlap on the top of the fence for added stay power. I needed this fence to keep my dogs away from the baby chicks that like to come into the backyard. My privacy sense and goes all the way to the bottom and secures well with plastic zip ties. My only concern would be the fabric of fraying in time and do some holds. I had to place in it. As time goes on I will see if it breaks down the fabric and starts to come apart. I had a green chain link fence installed in my yard. After pricing out slats (plastic tube or faux greenery slats) I had a bit of sticker shock. This is a great solution. It covers the length and height of the fence perfectly and is significantly more economical. It has good quality edges, grommets, and the fabric is slightly see through with the weave allowing airflow. It still blocks most of the visibility from the street. We get a lot of wind here, and I haven't had any issue with the screen pulling off or slanting the fence poles (I will update if there are any changes).     • Pretty much as you'd expect. If this size isn't exact, it probably won't work

This was pretty much what you'd expect. The mesh is that pretty standard plastic. The sheerness is such that you can see through this, but not really WHAT your seeing. Perhaps if you pressed your face up against it. One thing to check is, make sure that these are your exact measurements. I don't think it would be horrible if it wasn't really 6' high, but if it's trailing on the ground you won't be able to secure it and one cool breeze and all the neighbors will know you barbecue in the nude. You can't really cut this to size if you want to attach it to your fence (the grommets are on the edges. If you tried to tie without a grommet, you will probably tear it and it won't last very long). ... show more

The privacy screen is best set up if you have one or two additional helpers to keep the fabric smooth while attaching it to the fence. Since I attached this to a wood fence, I decided to use my own screws with a four tooth metal tab that bites into the wood to keep it tightly secured. It has stayed in place, even during the strong Santa Ana winds that come through Southern California. The only thing that I would have liked is if the fabric was a little less see through. So we have some of these in other colors and thought that this dark green would be just as good if not better at privacy but what we found was that this one was easier to see whats on the other side than the light color ones that we already have up in other areas.
