I tried this on both a VTX 1300 and a VLX 600 and it did not fit as shown in the pictures. Leaves a huge gap between the trim ring and the housing as shown with the original grip in the last picture.

    • Exact fit for 05 VTX1300 1" bar
This was a direct replacement for the one on a 05 VTX 1300S with a 1inch bar. I was able to pull the grip off so I could put on my custom grips. They are a match for OEM grips!

I broke the throttle tube on my VLX600, and this was exactly what I needed until I could get the grips I really wanted. I would not recommend them as a permanent solution. They are super super slippery in the rain, and they already started coming apart a little bit after riding in 3 good rain storms
