This supplement absolutely gives me energy. I've been testing it out alone no changes to my diet no other medications to sort of experiment and see if it actually does as it says it does. AND IT DOES. Below I'm going to go into detail about the energy I received from this product but before I do I wanted to note that I paid for this with my own money. I'm 100 % being honest. And i'm 27 years old female and always busy trying to build something for myself career wise while also trying to have (somewhat of a social like) since I'm not "technically" young anymore I've noticed that my energy is depleting and I've been noticing that I've quite frankly been feeling defeated. Becoming anti social. and clearly only focusing on my career but without energy or motivation I can't even do that well. because I'm always so tired. EXHAUSTED and UNMOTIVATED because of it. Now lets talk about the supplement itself. TASTE- the chewable or maybe I should say dissolvable because it is recommended that you dissolve it under your tongue. It tastes good. In fact I typically want more. It has a chalky light cherry taste. very light. More chalky than cherry but its ok. It tastes very good. LOOKS- The pill is a purple hue with spotted white freckles. It is round and fairly small. If you get something else when ordering this then you didn't get the right pill and you should return it. EFFECTS - "VITAMIN B12 IS ESSENTIAL FOR THE NORMAL FORMATION OF BLOOD CELLS AND CONTRIBUTES TO THE HEALTH OF THE HEART AND NERVOUS SYSTEM. IN ADDITION, THE B VITAMIN PLAYS A ROLE IN ENERGY SUPPORT BY CONVERTING FOOD INTO ENERGY." It is because of this that the pill works. I tried this too different ways with food and several times with out food (thinking it would absorb better without anything on my tummy. When i took the supplement without food i noticed no change in energy at all. It just didn't really work for me that way. But with food is where the supplement shines! In fact thats how I'm writing this now. I took it with a meal dissolved it under my tongue and honestly now I have too much energy. I'm going to do a workout right after typing this. TBH I don't suggest what I'm about to say. I took more than 1 (just to experiment and because I thought I was getting used to it) and thats why I'm feeling a flood of energy. I will update later about how this makes me feel as the effects of this vitamin wears off. AGAIN PLEASE DON'T TAKE MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED DOSE I WAS BEING STUPID. :( So in conclusion for now I s=certainly suggest the vitamin with a meal AT THE RECOMMENDED dose. And as always you probably should contact a doc before use to make sure its ok for you to take. (I did not contact a doctor but you should if you can) I'll update later if there are any changes in my opinions or feelings on the supplement. Sundown Naturals Sublingual Vitamin B-12 6000 mcg, 60 Tablets I love these tabs. I have been feeling run down and fatigued for quite a while. I have been taking these for 3 days now and feel a difference. I usually have a difficult time getting up and moving in the morning but I'm having a much easier time now. I'll have to get my levels checked again soon to see if these are effective or if it is a placebo effect. But they taste great and are pleasant to take regardless. And they have so much b12 in each dose that I prob won't have to take them more than once a week or even every other week. Super happy with this purchase! :)

I've had a recurring dizzyness problem for 20 years. Maybe twice a year it would be uncomfortable for a few days. I tripped across a blogger who'd mentioned their solution to this problem as coming from B12. After years of in-and-out with doctors trying to hunt down this blogger's cause for her chronic and debilitating dizziness, her family doctor happened to notice from a routine blood-test that she had a low B12 count. Apparently, low B12 is an epidemic in America (probably due to our fast food diet). Anyway, she needed a series of shots to get her corrected, then she continued with the pills. She was adamant that a depletion of B12 was the cause of her dizziness (since she hadn't had a spell for over a year). OK, maybe this blogger's experience was coincidence. But, I thought I'd try it. Since my taking one pill every few days, I haven't had so much as a moment's tinge of dizziness. It's been 8 months now. So, until I experience another episode (which is NO FUN), I'm gonna believe the cause of my suffering was lack of B12. BTW, from my limited research into B12 it seems like a depleted B12 count causes a plethora of odd symptoms in the body. All kinds of seemingly unrelated ills. In my case (and the blogger's), dizziness may have been one of them.

I'm vegetarian with a ton of dietary restrictions, on top of a family history of pernicious anemia, so sublingual is my route of choice as it absorbs most readily. I've had tablets that dissolved obnoxiously slower than this, and tablets that dissolved infinitely faster, but this one is my favorite because it doesn't disintegrate into wet chalky dust that lingers all grainy and gross in your mouth. The flavor is also nice and my favorite one of all the ones I've tried

I have to take a big dose of B-12 daily. These lozenges make it so easy. They’re the strength I need and they dissolve easily, or you can chew them. The flavor is good as well. And the price is definitely great.
