this is the best sleep aid i know of been using this stuff for the past 8 years and i can comfortably say i wouldn't ever use anything other than this to help me when i think i need help falling asleep. here's one reson why u should consider this, it doesn't knock u out in a brutal way off the bat if it can knock out someone like me who has a very heavy past of Insomnia so naturally falling asleep for me rarely happens before i found this product i was taking a product which was prescribed which i'll just state was way too brutal plus one of its side effects is it wiped ur memory for the last 8 hrs or so. anyway this is the best of its kind and i promise i'm not just saying that for the companies benefit. ... show more

I’ve used other forms and brands over the years as well as potencies. This specific form and brand are the only ones that help me actually get tired and fall to sleep. Now… I actually chew these! Not completely but just a few chomps before I swallow them. Lol and I have to be in bed as soon as I take them. For me specifically, if I’m not in bed and it’s gone past about 20min after I’ve consumed this tablet, I’m screwed. It doesn’t help. I know you’re not supposed to chew these, ok? But, I do.
