The chairs and umbrella came with all parts, hardware, and instructions. The table however I have to go buy hardware, it came with none.

I assembled this set yesterday and it wasn't terribly hard, only you have to keep all the bolts very, very loose until you set the last one, or it won't line up. I was disappointed in the comfort of the chairs, they will definitely need cushions, which will set you back at least $45 per chair. Worst of all, the bar that the legs attach to under the table makes it so you can't pull your chair in as close as you should, your legs hit the bar. Not a very smart design at all. After all the assembly and the fact that the boxes got carted off, I'm stuck with it, but it's a definite "meh" for me. ... show more

I bought these chairs for some cushions I had bought last year and never used. I measured the cushions and ordered the chairs accordingly. After putting two chairs together we realized that the dimensions were off. The cushions were way too big for the chairs. The seat was supposedly to be 25 inches deep in actuality it was 17 inches. I contacted Suncrown,they were not overly concerned. They suggested that perhaps I had gotten the 25 inch dimension off of the shipping box. Can you imagine. Anyway I contacted them again and I'm waiting to hear back from them. ... show more

Quality could be better. The plastic end cap inserts do not line up with the holes for the through bolts. 1 of these end caps wasn't even installed all the way. Also I sure wish they came with seat pads. Other than that they seem to be ok.
