Very disappointed with product and it was an Amazon Best Seller. Lasted exactly 4 months before the controller began flashing and the mattress pad would no longer heat up. Followed instructions in the manual for rebooting/resetting the controller and that did absolutely nothing. Then I attempted to reach out to customer service---for the last 3 months--- and I have never been able to get past an automated system that tells me how to reset the controller, which I had done with no success. When I attempt to speak with a customer service rep, the repeated recording is that they are experiencing high call volume (I've called at all times of the day and evening) and the automated system then hangs up on me. I am now approaching the 1 year warranty and can't obtain info to get it serviced. Sunbeam is supposed to be a good product. But I would be very reluctant to purchase any of their products after my experience with this one. Also disappointed b/c this was Amazon Best Seller.

I have always loved the warmth of massage beds. For some reason I never thought that I could purchase a mattress pad for every day use until recently. I found this pad from Sunbeam had great reviews so I decided to try it. The fitted mattress pad fits incredibly well and doesn't pop off even when my sheet does. It's snug and stays that way. I like the that I can adjust the level of warmth and that it shuts off after 10 hours. One less thing to remember when I leave my home. Even though it could be considered a luxury item I have found that I don't need to raise my thermostat; I can turn it down. My normal aches subside and I wake up rested and ready for the day. I highly recommend Sunbeam's mattress warmer.

Just to let anyone know who is considering buying this but doesnt want dual controls on a queen, the full size fits perfectly on a queen. The corners lock over a high pillowtop mattress with ease. Only the extreme edge are not covered. I love that it has 10 settings so that you can fine tune the temp. I use mine a bit different than most people. I have a ruptured disc from an IED we hit 14 years ago, so I use this more for an oversized heating pad. The high setting is higher than any highest setting I have used in heating pads. Hope this extra info will be helpful. The only reason I removed the 2 stars is because the material is rather thin so I don't expect it ot last more than a year, I will surely update if it does. The next tick is because it is made in China. Products that carry a US name but are made in China will only receive 4 out of 5 if there are perfect.

I had a SunBeam heated mattress pad that I loved and used for years. When it died, I bought this one to replace it. I purchased this in October of 2018. Now, in the beginning of March of 2019, I am on my second replacement for the replacement. The first mattress pad had an issue with control. The Low setting was equal to about a four on my first heated mattress pad, unbearably hot for a Low setting. Then, it stopped heating the side I was sleeping on all together within the first three weeks of owning it. I was able to exchange it with no issues via Amazon. The second mattress pad worked perfectly- at first. After about a month, I noticed the side I slept on wasn't heating all the way. There were spots that didn't get warm. Slowly, the whole side I slept on stopped heating. Then, the heat started failing across the bed, inching its way to the other side. Only about a four inch strip all the way across the other side of the bed would warm, even when the mattress pad was on its highest setting. I did everything I could to fix it. Both had only had normal use. I had placed them on top of my mattress, and kept them at a decent setting, and both failed within weeks. I called Sunbeam's customer service, thankful I had bought the warranty, and got hung up on twice. Then, I finally got in touch with a woman (after being on hold for half an hour) who was very sweet and very helpful. They sent me a free replacement mattress pad. I was happy- until I used it. It's been on my bed two nights and it already doesn't heat evenly. I've tried everything to figure out what the problem is. I have everything correct and have consulted the manual- nothing. I called their system for troubleshooting, and I have been using everything correctly so that does not apply either. I'm absolutely fed up, and I will never buy from this company again. Spare yourself the headaches and cold nights. Just avoid this product all together. I called today to return the replacement and see if I could get my money back. I've been on hold for almost an hour. Do not order from Sunbeam unless you enjoy horrible products and wasting your time.

I've been sleeping on this for a couple days now. I live in a barely insulated converted sun room in a very old house owned by a slumlord that does not maintain his properties.The windows are in bad shape, there are visible gaps in the door frame leading to outside, there's holes, leaks, and no heating. Luckily I live near Seattle so the weather is pretty mild but it still gets cold enough to see my breath on a warmer fall/winter night. I have a small space heater but since I got this I have not had to use it when I sleep or hangout in bed. I go to bed with it on high and in a couple hours I wake up sweating and need to turn it down then I'm good until morning. I also only have to sleep with one blanket. My two cats are also very happy and love it just as much as I do. I love that you can't feel the wires and that the fitted part has deep pockets. I will update this if I run into any problems but for now I'm pretty stoked!

I loved the Sunbeam Heated Mattress Pad. It is easy to put on the mattress and easy to use controls. It heats up fast and I love the feel of the heat all over the bed, especially on my feet. The only issue I have and this is because I have a lot of joint pain, I can feel the wires. I have the fitted sheet on top of the pad and even put another light blanket on top of the fitted sheet and still can feel the wires. I think for most people this wouldn’t be an issue, but for ones of us who have chronic pain it is. I would recommend it for others though.
