I personally like the espresso machine. It makes consistent espresso shot. Dosent take much time for the machine to heat up. So if running a little behind in the morning, still will be able to make a shot of expresso before heading out. The milk frother is a like tricky to use. At least for me, it just seems like takes time to master the right pressure needed to heat up the oat milk, milk, ect... The wand seems to be good, though going with a 12oz milk frother cup is better then going with a 18oz. The espresso machine is a very amazing great size. So if don't have to much room in you kitchen os space. This is perfect for its compact size. The retro look is just a added bonus. Really havnt had any issues. I can’t say that there is anything that I dislike about this espresso machine. My wife and I use it everyday . I like that fact that it’s a little smaller and fits in our apartment perfectly!! I would recommend this to anyone living in an apartment. And will definitely buy a bigger one the same brand when I buy a house. ... show more

This is a beautiful product. The machine is retro but with neutral black color theme. We love that. It makes wonderful espresso, and the steaming wand works well compared to other machines I've had. I like the ease of how the tray completely comes out for cleaning. Overall it's a great product.

I am not a professional barista. So I pored over the instructions and carefully followed them and found that they were simple. This machine is low-maintenance, easy to use, and it makes delicious coffee. The steam wand is fun to use and I have had so much fun trying my hand at making latte art. It only dispenses a total two shots of espresso at a time, which is a bummer, but perfect for mediating your consumption. It’s hard to get strung out on caffeine when you can’t pull more than two shots at a time. I mean, you could purchase more filters and holders, but I know my limits. I knew this was a good looking, stylish coffee maker, but I was pleasantly surprised by just how well it stood out and complimented our bar area....it has got several comments already - which is not something a coffee maker usually gets! I was also very happy with how solid it feels....no cheap plastic components here, it feels solid and will certainly stand the test of many hands making many espressos. Cleaning is a breeze, even with the milk frother, which can sometimes be a pain in other products. Obviously the coffee taste will depend on which coffee you use, but I have no complaints at all with this great machine...quality all around. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm going to assume you are purchasing this for looks. If not, no worries but I did. I'm not a coffee snob--very much a casual. Keep that in mind for this review. It looks pretty good in person. Small gripe is the logo is off center in the bottom band, which is a bit silly to mention except that this item seems to exist specifically for aesthetic reasons. It's pretty straightforward to use despite a poor manual. The worst part is it shoves out the same amount of water no matter what and is up to you to stop it when you want. Maybe you'll like that feature but it basically just means I'm making doubles all the time that may be closer to quadruples. There is not really a crema with this machine but for it's easy of use and cleanup I'll give that a pass compared to my cheaper hand pump "espresso" machine. Water comes out about 165 f. Some may think that's high, other low. I think it tastes pretty good for what I'm making. The plastic casing gets a bit hot after use but it does warm up very quickly after being off for hours. All in all I'm pleased but there are things that could be improved. ... show more
