I spent a lot of time and research trying to decide on a stroller for our 6 month old as we're getting ready to travel by plane in a couple weeks. We already have a 35lb jogger stroller which is a beast to lift and put in the car (and takes up the whole trunk), so we definitely wanted something smaller. I really didn't want to spend more than $50 on a little umbrella stroller but the more I thought about it, I wanted something that would last long and grow with our little guy. In the end, I'm SO happy we went with this stroller. Granted we haven't traveled through the airport with it yet, but I took it out to the mall yesterday and it was amazing. I imagine our travels with it will be the same. There was a list of things I wanted where most strollers had a few of the items but not all. But this stroller checks all my boxes! - This stroller is super lightweight, easy for me to pick up and pack back into the car by myself. - It folds up well, and I could do it with one hand! - It has a 5-point harness - The peak-a-boo window - Plenty of storage space - Seat reclines to multiple positions - Sun visor is very long and gives complete coverage from the sun on his face. Yes, I admit this is more expensive that I initially wanted to pay. In my opinion, this is worth forking out the extra for a stroller that will last, and will outweigh buying multiple other strollers in our future. ... show more

    • Great convenience stroller
This stroller is great for a convenience stroller. It's light weight, easy to fold once you figure it out, easy to unfold and it's comfy for our little one. We were using the Uppa Baby Vista since our son was born because it allowed for a jump seat for our daughter who was two at the time. Now our daughter doesn't want to ride in a stroller, even when we go to the Zoo or some place where a lot of walking takes place, so we decided to switch out the Uppababy for a convenience stroller. Construction: This is a well built stroller with quality parts. I have no worries that this will stand the rigors of time. Weight: While not as light as other, cheaper convenience strollers, it is by far not as heavy as even the lightest weight full size stroller. Convenience. It folds up relatively small, again not as small as some cheaper models, but not nearly as big as a full size stroller. While the pocket is big, bigger than most convenience strollers, it is not again as big as a full size stroller, nor is it easy to get stuff in and out of. Comfort to use: I'm 6'4, my wife is 5'1. Neither of us has issues pushing it and walking comfortably. I can easily maintain proper posture, so no slouching over to push it for me. With other strollers, to push it while maintain good posture, I would have to keep the stroller extended at nearly full arms length. At the end of the day, if you're looking for a convenience stroller, I would recommend paying a bit more for one that will last and is comfortable for you and your child... so I definitely recommend this Summer 3Dlite+ ... show more

    • Great stroller for a great price!
We have had the stroller for 3.5 months now and every time we use it we say how it is one of our best baby purchases yet. Our little one was just about a year when we got this and we were tired of breaking down our full-size stroller and lugging it around every time we went out. The 3Dlite+ lives in our car now so it saves us from the hassle of breaking down and stowing our big stroller (which took up way too much space in the car.) It doesn't fold as flat as some other compact/umbrella strollers but it gets pretty small (and if you pop the wheels off, it packs even easier.) And folding and opening the stroller is a breeze and can be done with one hand. We were between this model and the 3D Mini so I ordered both to test and the quality of the 3DLite+ was leaps and bounds above the mini (and in the color we got -Charcoal Herringbone- the price wasn't that much more.) Honestly, you could use this as your everyday stroller if you did't need the cargo space of a full size stroller (or flexibility of seat direction, etc.) The wheels handle well and I can push the stroller with one hand (not as smoothly as my full size stroller but still possible,) even on bumpy city sidewalks. The cargo space is small but is more than enough to fit a moderately filled diaper bag. The bonus cup and phone holders are great and work well, as does the integrated zippered pocket at back. The seat reclining function is very easy to operate and offers my little one a comfy spot to snooze. Lastly, and maybe the most impressive feature, is the canopy. This canopy offers more coverage than any other I have seen on the market. It just keeps going and going and going. Almost to the point of touching my little one's legs. One of the issues that we have with our full-size stroller is the lack of positions for the canopy. It is either all the way open or all the way down. The canopy on the 3DLite+ has about 15 positions. It is fantastic on a sunny, windy, or rainy day. Makes a huge difference. And the peak-a-boo window is just another nice feature that makes this stroller feel much higher end than the price tag. Long story short? Buy this - you won't regret it! ... show more
