Should I Buy It?

  • This wagon is amazing! Dont let the price scare you away!
This wagon is everything I could have ever wanted and more! I understand that the price of this wagon might scare some people, trust me it is worth every penny. we bought this because my 3yo has outgrown the seats in our Contours Options Elite Tandem stroller and we needed something that she would be comfortable to ride in and actually use along with something that my 1yo would be safe in. We originally looked into buying the Keenz 7s, but after I watched a comparison video between the 7s and the W4 i knew immediately that this wagon was what I wanted. It is an investment, but it is one that you can use for years and years. I have been using this wagon almost everyday for a month now so here are a list of my pros and cons. Pros: - Seats 4 and has 5-point harnesses for each rider - Basically a Pack-n-Play on wheels - safe play and sleep space in the bottom of the wagon - mesh sides for airflow through the bottom of the wagon - the wagon floor weight limit is 300lbs - easy to push and steer - fits through doorways - it is SOLID, have had no problems jumping curves with it and even gone down small sets of stairs - pushes well over gravel, dirt, and grass, we "off road" with it regularly - Adjustable canopy - Padded handlebar for comfortable push - adjustable seating arrangements - 4 storage areas, 1 large pocket on the front of the wagon, 2 on either side and 1 good size basket on the back under the pushbar - easy 1 step brake - "Doggy Door" on the front of the wagon for easy loading - Easy Folding! - Stands and can be pushed WHILE folded for easy storage - Folds with seats still attached I could probably go on forever with how many things I love about this wagon. Cons - - the cargo basket on the rear of the wagon ripped after only 1 month ( currently waiting on response from company about this issue, will update when I get a response) - the weight of the wagon may be a con for some, though it does not bother me - "breakdown" time is very fast, maybe 5min max, again this is not an issue for me - Fold is not compact, but it isnt any larger than the fold of the Contours Options Elite This wagon really is amazing over all, I love it and I wish I had found it so much sooner, i would have skipped stroller completely if I had known these existed. If you are thinking about it, just buy it, you wont be disappointed. Also check out the facebook groups that are about this wagon, they have TONS of information about how people use these, accessories they love and more. ... show more

  • Overall a great WAGON. Can’t compare to strollers- it’s so much MORE!
We got our wagon (W4) just before our third child was born. We’ve had it about 6 months now and overall I love it! Wonderfold is continuously working to improve things- which I love! My biggest complaints were: -the handle bar was too short. I am short (5’2”) and felt hunched over when pushing it. -I also would kick the brake while walking, because I’m standing so close to the wagon to push the short handle. (They now have an extended handle and larger wheels that correct this problem, but you do have to pay extra for them!) What I love: -I use this as a cart at almost any store! You can clip bags/baskets to have extra storage and keep all the kids contained! -It easily stores in my vehicle, so we always have it ready to use! You can fold it with the seats attached. -I love the zipper door! I don’t have to lift kids into the wagon! -I use it a lot as a packnplay for my youngest. The seats remove making its versatile. It’s portable and safe place for babies to play! Fits through the doorways in my house! (I will say it is hard to turn right corners). We ran into this problem at our doctors office, however it worked awesome to keep everyone corralled and not touching things! Overall I love this thing and all of its multi uses! I don’t think it’s fair to compare the “push” or how heavy (its super solid) it is to any stroller because it’s so much more than just a “stroller.” This will grow with our family and I don’t know what I would have done without this wagon after having our third! ... show more

  • I need a check ($) for advertising...
Maaaaan, WonderFold AND Amazon should owe me a check for advertising! I got this wagon for my sister and brother-in-law after my 3rd niece (#consolidation), and everywhere we'd go with it-- going walking, to department stores, to Sea World, etc.-- it's always "ooo"s & "ahh"s & "where did you get that," & "that's so cute/cool," or whatever. I even got a, "It almost makes me wanna have kids again," from a lady with tweens. I'm honorable & want others to prosper, so I give credit where it's due. Yall are welcome. 😂 And as the single, "cool" uncle, I can't say that I hate the attention. 🤷🏾♂️ The wagon is great. Rolls nice, & the large wheels give it a jogger stroller feel. Plenty of storage space, too. Because of its size & weight, don't think you're gonna just one-hand it out of the vehicle and fling it into shape, though. Takes a little more work, especially if you use both seats. They have a 2016 Caravan, & it fits in the trunk folded up. We just have to take 2 bolts out of the handle to make the handle fold down. Easy stuff, though. I mean, when you can consolidate strollers and COMFORTABLY & HAPPILY fit a 3yo, 1.5yo, & 7mo in one thing...! Oh, and I THINK this wagon passes most stroller-limiting regulations like at some of the theme parks here in Florida, because it's not super wide like a side-by-side double. And it's so cute, we didn't even get racially profiled for being Black with a large stroller in a dept. store! 🙌🏾🤣✊🏾 ... show more

  • Amazing for multiple kids!!!!
Color: Black Style: W4_Original
I have been a keenz lover for about 3 years, and have always disliked that my kids had no legroom. I saw this about a year ago, but it had a white frame, and did not like the look. Fast forward... I know have a 6 year old, 4 year old, 2 year old and am 6 months pregnant with our first girl!!!! The keenz was not going to cut it, so I looked into the Wonderfold W4 again, and was so excited to see they have a black frame, and an all black option!!!! It looks way more stylish now. I just received it yesterday and was so excited to unbox it!!!! I was disappointed to see my frame has some scratches on it, but amazon issued me a partial credit, so I can deal with it. It does not affect the strollers function at all, so I will take the credit! It is way heavier than I imagined, but that also means it is very solid, and I do not worry about about it breaking! Between my 3 boys it is loaded with 130 pounds, and I am 6 months pregnant and can push it easily. It will be a workout for sure when we go to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, but that is a benefit for me! The fold is a little tricky, but I think with practice I will get better. My kids are in love. They just want to sit in it all the time now. I can't wait to get the snack tray, and mosquito net. I will be making my own full canopy with black waterproof PUL, and I think it will be awesome. Overall for the price, I think it is definitley worth it. I can't wait to try it out with the seat hack for a newborn. Be sure to join the facebook group for Wonderfold to see all the awesome extra add-ons and hacks!!! I think I will still keep my Keenz for when I have 1 or 2 kids, but this will definilty be our everyday stroller wagon!!! ... show more

  • You need this wagon, promise!
Color: Black Style: W4_Original
I waited for so long to make this purchase and never write reviews but felt like I had to for any Mama like me reading through these and trying to decide if it's worth it. On my 3rd baby in 5 years we already have a jogger, stroller, double stroller, lightweight stroller - you name it. My husband pleaded "No, not another stroller" and this was a large price tag for our family. But guys - if you have 3+ little ones 5 and under like me - YOU NEED THIS WAGON. I kept being told to just let my 5 and 3 yr old walk and that they were getting too old for strollers. But you know what? My 5 year old gets tired on long walks. My 3 year old does too. And one or the other has a meltdown. And while I love baby wearing - breaking up fights, tending to boo-boos/meltdowns, or requests to carry someone while baby wearing is exhausting. I can now leave the house with confidence that I can contain all 3 of my little men and THEY LOVE IT. They think of it like a fort and love facing eachother and making their baby laugh. Yes for the most part they walk alongside while the baby is pushed but the peace of mind everyone can jump in is EVERYTHING. And I love that I can use it as a travel pack and play/changing station for my 6 month old too. AND how you can move the canopy part side to side to protect from the sun is awesome. Although you can't do anything if the sun is coming from behind you pushing it...but I'm not complaining just pointing out. Also, I'm 5'9 and feel comfortable at the height of the bar for pushing. I could go on. There are SO many pros to thing thing. Sturdy, good quality, etc. It does take a minute to fold up and set back up but it's all worth it for what it gives you. I've only used it a handful of times but I have zero complaints! ... show more

  • Well designed stroller/wagon. More advancements needed to make it superior and worth the high price.
I have had the W4 for about a week now, purchased from Amazon, and it’s a very nice, smooth riding wagon. 1) I really like how the kids can climb in and sit by themselves on the seat which really takes the effort off my pregnant wife who isn’t supposed to lift the kids. 2) I like the room the kids have to sit in a natural position with their legs hanging down. 3) The kids have gotten in and played in the wagon. They always want to go for walks. If they want to get in or out, we just stop and push the button on their seat belt. They can get all the way out by themselves because of the opening in the far end. 4) I like how the seats easily click in and out and especially the seatbelts to keep them from standing up and moving around while the wagon is in motion. 5) I really like the bags which we use a lot. Very convenient for cell phones, keys, diapers, wipes, extra clothes, water, snacks and any other things kids might need when on a long outing. I like the room under the seats that can be used for chairs, coolers, etc at the beach. 6) I like the ease of use of the brake. Just gently push down with one foot. 7) One configuration we found was to put our 3 year old and 5 year old facing backward on the same seat, total weight 70 pounds, and an infant car seat side ways across the side rails. The car seat was very stable and still had leg room for the kids. Type of car seat might produce different results. There are some design elements which would make this even better. 1) The first issue is the handle bar. I’m a 5’9” male and my arms are mostly extended to reach the handle bar. I also have to walk leaning forward, otherwise my feet hit the brake bar and rear axle. I called customer support and they said because of the 300 pound weight capacity, the expandable handle isn’t strong enough. I would need a handle bar at least 3-4” longer to walk comfortably. 2) It would be great if all 4 wheels had the ability to swivel. The wagon is pretty big and would be a lot more maneuverable if all 4 wheels swiveled (like Aldi shopping carts) such as in a store, but the back wheels could be locked to only go straight for more open areas such as amusement parks/zoos. For the price tag, I’d expect a superior advancement on this type and size of stroller/wagon. 3) The back wheels stick out passed the side of the stroller which cause you to hang the back wheels up if you are trying to get passed something in which you only have enough room to get the stroller through. It would be great if the back wheels were no wider than the stroller. I think by having the back wheels stick out might give the stroller/wagon more stability, but with some engineering this problem could be solved. As I said previously, maybe the wheels could be adjusted out to the side for more stability when in a bigger open area where faster speeds are used vs in a store where space Is minimal. 4) For the high price tag, a plastic tray with 4 cup holders and 4 snack trays that would clip on to the sides in between the seats should be included. One is available for purchase for another $49. 5) Lastly, it would be nice to have a bar that could be placed in the middle of the stroller that the seats could be clipped into allowing the kids to ride sideways instead of just front or back. This way, if there is a movie in the park, we could park the stroller/wagon and all 4 kids could sit sideways and watch the movie instead of craining their heads sideways to see. ... show more

  • Worth it for multiple kids
* update 4 years later- still love this wagon and we use it for parades every year, our kids are 11,6, and 5, and we usually haul a large cooler and some folding chairs plus let the two little ones sit in there while pushing it. Definitely a great purchase, not sure when we’ll get rid of it! *original- I love this wagon, and so does everyone who sees it. We took 3 toddlers on the ferry, to the aquarium, and walked a total of 8 miles right after getting it. It is smaller width wise than our double stroller was, and it is such a better option for us to use instead of having to use a carrier for one of the kids. This fits through doorways with ease -which is a huge selling point for us because we got it to replace our double strollers. After using it for a whole day outing, I will be buying the parent console for a little additional storage, and the tray for the kids so they aren’t spilling snacks all over the place. This does have a good amount of storage, and it’s so accessible compared to what we are used to with the under the stroller storage on our double stroller. The only thing that bugged me was the length of the handlebar. I am 4’10 and my back was hurting a little at the end of our very long day-but this was not a normal outing with how long we stayed out and the amount of hills we went up and down. And the other part I was not happy about-but it’s understandable-it does not do inclines well at all, I had to go backwards in multiple spots so it didn’t fall over sideways. That was a little scary the first time it started to tilt. We did fit 3 napping toddlers on the bottom, but it was very tight. They napped for over an hour like this though, and that was awesome. This is definitely worth it for multiple kids. I would recommend this over a double if you have 2+ kids and do a lot of outdoor stuff or adventures ... show more

  • Perfect for older kids
Our two youngest have severe adhd and when we are going somewhere crowded I prefer to have them contained because of their impulsivity. It’s very difficult to find something with a weight capacity that works for older/larger kids. This wagon/stroller is perfect! We bought the quad because of the extra weight capacity and leg room. I love that the benches can be arranged in different ways depending on your needs. We’ve had them facing each other, facing away from each other(back to back) and we’ve also had them facing the same direction behind each other. If they are fighting we can have them back to back. We have used this in amusement parks, parades, and festivals. It’s perfect for all of these occasions. They are contained and safe, I can use the canopy to provide them with shade, but they can still see everything. They can easily hop in and out on their own when we are getting in lines to ride amusement park rides and I don’t have to break my back lifting them out. They have a place for drinks and snacks. I can put my purse or whatever I’m carrying in the bottom of the wagon and their are pockets for storing sunblock, extra snacks, etc., I did purchase an add on parent cup holder and I just can’t say enough good things about this wagon! It’s large and you will need a large vehicle to be able to transport it. That would be the only drawback I can think of. We drive a 15 passenger van and have removed one of the bench seats in the van to be able to keep it with us at all times. That is something to consider if you don’t have a large vehicle. Other than that, buy this wagon!!!! ... show more
