This review relates to how smooth the return process worked with Simple Tire and Amazon. I identified my truck, a 3/4 ton Dodge 2500. The tire app indicated the Sumitomo tires were suitable, but upon installation the tire shop noted that they were not "LT" load rated for my truck and they would not install them. Because of the need for the truck, the tire shop sourced the tires promptly. I dropped tht e tires off and was credited within days. Great tire ! Struggled over the years buying Nitto and end up getting rid of them bc they end up being way to noisy for highway driving. The Encounter has everything you could hope for. Master Craft use to make a Courser CT and I believe these tires are the closest in design and ride quality that I’ve run across in years. I’ll start by saying these tires have good tread and were very quiet on the road. Less than 1000 miles on these tires though and I already have a flat. I have a half mile dirt driveway and a rock punctured the tire through the tread. Maybe just bad luck that I put new tires on my truck and this is the first time I get a flat on my driveway but still not much of an “all-terrain” tire If it can’t handle a dirt driveway. ... show more
