Pros: This Deck skin adds a supremely comfortable, premium, grippy texture wherever you touch. The stick covers are really grippy too, making Valve's already supurb sticks even more accurate. The palm grips feel like mountain bike handlebar grips and shed sweat really nicely between the raised dots. This part of the design is just genius and easily makes this choice worth the few extra dollars it costs compared with the competition. The material is a premium rubber and should last a long time. A note: The skin has tiny feet that allow the Deck to stand pretty much straight up, but not at the angle shown in the picture. This feature works best when the Deck is operating on battery because the cable tends to pull the Deck down. In the picture I am using a wire stand for better stability and better viewing angle. Cons Be aware that this skin is thicker than some other choices. I brought a third party case for my Deck and my device only barely fits and stretches the rubber some to make it fit. I am happy enough with the fit because I think the quality of the rubber will allow the repeated stretching. If I am wrong I will update this review. Overall: Highly recommended.

I like the feel of the case and it’s a good price. The only issue I have is that it the cut out for the screen is smaller than the screen itself which leads to it covering a very small portion of the screen around the edges. But I mean you can’t expect perfect 100% of the time. Still would highly recommend, I might try to just cut it.

I bought this right after I got my Deck, so I've barely played without it. After more than a week, I'm happy. Love the dark blue! Very easy to put on and it doesn't slide around, which is good. Overall, it's a little thicker than I expected. For comparison, it's not as tight or thin as a Firestick remote cover. Not a con - just an observation. However, the fit isn't as good over the Steam and ••• buttons. I'm considering cutting them away, though I wonder if that will make them harder to press due to the skin's thickness. This is just a matter of preference because they work fine. We'll see how it goes. It comes with two sizes of thumbstick covers. I prefer the taller ones, but they slide off too easily and they're too tall for the case Valve included. Short ones shown here and they fit fine in the case. Picks up dust and lint easily. Not a big deal. PS: Touch pad covers (TouchProtect) and screen protector (JSAUX) sold separately.

The product is super easy to apply. You have to stretch it slightly to get it over the whole thing but it quickly reverts to it's original shape so as long as you don't constantly stretch it should fit snugly to the Steam Deck! One slight inconvenience though, the 3rd party TV dock I have has a USB-C plug that's a little chunky and wouldn't plug in with this on until I carefully cut off a square around the port, then it worked perfectly from then on out. Great blue color too, firm grip, and comfortable.

I already have a decent hard plastic case that snaps onto my Steam Deck lcd, but I saw that this case covers more of the deck and the design looks cool in the pictures. I figured either I have a case with a look a prefer and better coverage or I'm buying a backup case. It looks like I bought a backup case. First problem is you have to shove the Deck through the screen hole one side at a time and really pull on it if you don't want to damage your sticks. Then there's the fact that the cover is pretty thick, which makes the buttons inside of a hole and not easy to press, most notable for the shoulder buttons where you have to wrap your finger over a lip on the case and press the buttons with your fingertips. Lastly, my other case adds some texture to the handles for a better grip but this case has rows of raised nubs that I find very unpleasant in terms of texture. I'm sure there are worse cases out there, but I know from my original case (that I've gone back to using) that far better cases exist, even if they cover less.

I’m not a fan of the skins, or bulky cases. I just wanted some protection from drops and slips. This fits the bill, plus has a cool ascetic. It’s a tight fit but I’m able to wedge the deck into the official steam deck dock. I have to peel back the area where the usb c port is to connect it. I left it like that for 24 hours and the case took it’s original shape no problem. Overall I think this is a viable option. A usb c extender solved the wire issue. And the case actually can stand on its own. I don’t even attempt putting the deck in the dock, it can reach just fine.

I bought this for my Steam Deck OLED and it fits snug and protects it as it's designed. I like the rubber placement and the fact that it even comes with thumbstick protectors as well. Highly recommended
