It's a very strong taste for clover. And was packed laying flat in box bottom so cap was broken into honey on bottle cap and bottle. One good thing fast ship.

I noted that Sue Bee Honey is "very comfortable." By that I meant, Sue Bee Honey has been around for a long time and the taste has not changed at all. I have tried a few others (I'm having difficulty finding it in stores around me), and for me, nothing tastes the same or even close. I even tried one (which will remain nameless) that had a medicinal taste to it. Sue Bee Honey is a product that seems to have maintained its flavor, through the years. I am very appreciative of that.

I ordered this honey to use for a couple batches of homebrewed mead. You need 2.5lbs per batch so ordering this bulk jug definitely saved me some money. The honey was pure and gave me a fantastic finished product!!

I have had richer honey that was raw and unfiltered quite a lot recently, and of course the overall effect was richer, different and enjoyable. But sometimes I like good ole clover honey and this always fits the bill. First time ever buying this brand in bulk and got a really good deal considering how EVERYTHING is expensive nowadays.
