I was waiting eagerly for this item in order to try it. Opened the package and was surprised at the large size of this. Next, its super easy to use. I have a folded sheet over the top of my couch where the cats lay and roam. I ran the remover over a small area of the sheet a couple times and the cat hair vanished. I finished cleaning the sheet and also cleaned their fav chair. Then went to the trash can, pushed the button, lifted the little flap on the remover and was SHOCKED at how much had collected in the remover. What you must know is I vacuumed the furniture and washed the sheets just before putting them on the furniture last week and there was still so much that the remover found. Then I proceeded into the bedroom where I had professionally washed the comforter on the bed last weekend. Again, easily ran the remover over the comforter a few times and dumped the contents out of the compartment. Again, shocked at how much was there. Pros: easy to use. I did not find a need to pull the fabric tight although mine was already pretty smooth where I used it. Low cost. Cons: slightly difficult to open the flap, takes a moment to get the hang of it. Push the button and manually lift the flap. I don't necessarily like teaching in to remove the hair but its not horrible to do this. I had read most all of the reviews. Overall I am pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone with animals or even as a lint brush.

I was able to get the cat's fur up off of my couch after going over it a few times. I found if I hold the fabric tight, it picks up the fur better. Emptying it was a little difficult because some of the fur was stuck in it, buy it did do what it was supposed to, so can't complain.

Decided to try this cheaper version and I can't compare but it works very well. Works as good as they say and I didn't have to spend very much. I would definitely recommend this. The secret is you have to do the back and forth rolling motion to catch the hair off the roller into the inside chamber. I would buy again.

I used this on a couch I was selling. My dog lays on this couch daily. I bought this hoping it would work because a lint brush was a waste of time. It wasn’t perfect but it certainly made a huge difference. I had to repeat a few times, but I would recommend.
