I had my scooter for over 2 years. My kids and I use it frequently. It is a fun for all ages. Besides useage the Sublue customer service is great!! The battery started developed a small crack in its housing. With it being out of warranty I felt I was out of options for replacement. The customer service department resolved the issue quickly and offered me great options to replace the battery. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for fun in the water but also, their customer service is great to deal with!!!

The media could not be loaded. My family was going to Key West so I got this as a recommendation from a friend I got this Sublue White Shark Mix, and I must say it goes fast in the water. It has a GoPro Attachment Point. Its great we tried it out in the pool and absolutely had a blast the battery lasted me 45 minutes which I was really happy with. All and all I think this is a really great product. We are going snorkeling, and I can't wait to try it out in the ocean.

Bought last year so this review is a little late in coming, but here it is... About 3 months after using it only in our pool, the motors froze up and would not spin at all on a full charge. After removing the intake grate, I found you can pull the motor blade assembly off. When I got the blade assemblies off, I saw the internal magnetic structure and bearings completely rusted out. The blades spin using electromagnetic force. The inside of the blade assembly is metal and magnetized. Both magnetic surfaces are completely rusted over which causes the internal part of the blade to rub and eventually seizes against the main unit motors. Having spent so much money on this "toy" we always rinsed the unit with fresh water after use. Due to the close tolerances in the magnetic motor assembly however, there is no way to ensure all the moisture is eliminated. This caused the rusting. You can always remove the blade assemblies after each use, however this is not indicated anywhere and really shouldn't be considered a standard procedure. This design is bad and needs to be addressed. If you want to spend $100's of dollars on a device that will only last a few months, feel free. I would HIGHLY recommend going with some other brand/model.

El producto viene con todo lo que necesitas para divertirte, en mi caso, nosotros usamos 7 días seguidos en la playa, el producto se comporto de manera excelente, el empaque tiene muy buena calidad, para poder proteger cada una de las partes del dispositivo una vez abierto, es muy fácil de usar, tienes todo lo necesario para poder divertirte, tiene buena potencia, mi hijo llego a hacer una cadena de hasta 5 ninos al mismo tiempo siendo llevados por el dispositivo realmente lo disfrutaron mucho para los adultos es bien cómodo para poder ir a hacer snorkel y bucear, pero tiene sus limitaciones que las comentare al finalizar la esta opinión. como comentamos al principio, nosotros hemos estrenado este equipo en la playa, esta playa es una de esas playas espectaculares pero con limitaciones en cuanto a la disponibilidad de espacios y lugares donde poder conectar y recargar las baterías. a continuación los contras del producto. al ser un producto que trabaja arrastrando carga de manera importante, la batería dice que dura 30 minutos, pero en periodos de uso continuo, esta dura solamente 15 minutos, lo cual requiere que se cargue la batería muy seguido, que en mi caso depende de la playa a la que haya ido solo lo podíamos usar una vez al día, y cargarlo estando en el hotel. al 4to día de uso, se partió una de las pestañas que soporta la batería y hace presión para que esta no filtre agua dentro de los contactos, haciendo que la batería no calzara y por ende no se pudiera usar el equipo, pero, después revisando bien, había que mover un poco mas la pestaña de la batería para que esta calzara, de todos modos desde ahora en adelante hay que tener mas cuidado con esta pieza y prestarle un poco mas de atención, ya que si realmente se parte, se acaba todo. el proceso de carga de batería es muy lento, puede tomar hasta 3 horas en cargarse, así que mi recomendación es comprar una o dos baterías adicionales (cuestan 150$ cada una) para que la diversión sea continua. mis recomendaciones al comprar este producto asegúrese te tener mínimo una o dos baterías adicionales, para no tener que dejar de usar el dispositivo. si lo vas a usar en agua salada y tiene exposición con la arena, trata de mantener libres las 2 turbinas de cualquier suciedad (ya sea arena, piedras o algas) para que funcionen de manera adecuada si lo vas a usar con agua salada debes enjuagarlo al final de su uso, con agua dulce, para evitar que el salitre averíe el dispositivo. tratar con cuidado, a la hora de colocarlo en el suelo o en otras superficies ya que como es pesado, este puede romperse en cualquier momento. antes de comprarlo, evalúe si otros productos (aun cuando sean mas costosos) pueden darle una autonomía de batería mayor, ya que si calculamos el precio base del producto (470$) mas 2 baterías (150$ C/U) serian total casi 800$, hay que ver que es lo que estas buscando, si lo vas a usar en una piscina y no te importa mucho la autonomía, es una buena opción, pero si lo vas a usar a un nivel que requiere mas desempeño entonces, recomiendo que revises opciones y evalúes muy bien antes de comprarlo, esto es un juguete bastante costoso como para llevarse una mala experiencia

I purchased this at the end of May and have used it 4 times. Unfortunately, the batter won't charge anymore. I have an extra battery that I bought online, but the one that came with the sublue won't charge at all. It's very frustrating to pay for an expensive item only to have it quit working after 4 uses. I originally was debating on the Sublue or the Subnado....I shouldn've gone with the latter.
