The media could not be loaded. Thrse are the best cups I have purchased. I usually get a little of ghosting. I thought it was how I was wrapping them tried many techniques and nothing really worked. I just did my usual wrapping on these and they subbed perfectly. I did have to size slightly different than usual. I had to resize my image to 9.4x8.0 then it was perfect. ... show more

I have tried three of my four tumblers and none of them have come out the color they should. The picture shown was supposed to be red and royal blue. My other two were supposed to be black on white, and they came out green for one and a copper for the other. I tried using the ink from my sublimation printer then tried cricut infusible sheets for the other. No black on either. The tumblers themselves are great. My drinks stay cold for hours and the lids seal very well. While I don't use the straws, it was nice for them to have been included. I really wanted this to be an awesome product. Glad it works for someone, but I guess it wasn't meant for me. ... show more
