The aper I ordered isn’t 13 by 19, it’s a bit more and jammed my printer numerous times before I figured that out. Now I have to trim each and every sheet. I have about 90 left and disappointed that I have to do this. Other than that, I love the ink (only brand I buy) and I love the quality of the printed sheet. The quality of the printed paper far outweighs the inconvenience! Also, since I have ordered this same paper other times and had no problem, I'm sure it's just a fluke and I will definitely be ordering again! ... show more

This is how this paper came packaged, due to the way it came it jams in the printer, It really should be sent better very disappointed. I was happy with their ink for sublimation so thought I would try the paper.
