Yes it works, and on all devices without needing a connection, but it doesn't work as well as I had anticipated. Straight lines have gaps, that kind of thing. Writing wasn't perfect, which is what I look for in a stylus like this. I wasn't expecting apple pencil quality, but this was far off the mark. Sorry guys, I wanted to love it! If you just need something now and then, go for it. If you'd be a heavy user don't bother. I had to return it perfectly in box. I am really satisfied with my purchase. I have yet to be worried about scratching the glass; the tip of the pen is very smooth and glides nicely across the screen. To turn the pen off and on you can tap the bottom like a real pen, which I thought was a cool design feature. Sleek design and is a good weight. I tried every software package I could find. Pen does not write well at all. It was recommended with my tablet, but it doesn't work. Words are choppy and it cuts letters off. So didappointed.
