My dog loves these stair that we bought 4
My little chihuahua has a problem with her back left left. I got one of these to see if she would use it. We trained her and she is using it. I bought another one and she is loving them so I bought a total of 4. Two of them arrived perfect. Two of them were a little shorter than the first two. It tak
es a bit of patience to put them together. I like them to be perfectly on but that will never happen. However still happy with our purchase. Highly recommend for any small to medium dog.

Not for my dog, but great for others
Just a warning, make sure everything is in the correct order and facing the correct way before you try to zip it up. I spent half an hr trying to shove the 2 separate pieces of foam into the cover until I realized the top piece was the wrong way. Lol That being said, it's not super stiff, but not com
pletely squishy. this will probably work best for smaller, lighter dogs. My dog was very iffy about it because she sunk into it as she tried to climb up. (She's 37lbs) Also, I have a very fat tall electric frame & mattress and I thought it would be tall enough. It wasn't. Another reason she wouldn't go up, but she liked it going back down. She is 11yrs old and has bad hips so I wanted to switch out the steeper stairs for more of a ramp style. Which this is. It's a more gradual incline. Overall, for the money, wish it would have been taller. But this was the taller one. The cover is nice but I have hardwood floors so it was slipping everywhere as well. Putting something underneath it to hold it in place will probably be a good idea, depending on how big or heavy your dog is. Perfect for puppies or small dogs to get on a couch or a low bed. Seems like good quality. This is the new one next to the old one I have to show you the size difference. FYI I have a mini Australian Shepherd.

Soft surface and height is perfect
We purchased this product not knowing if it would work for our Dachshund/Chiwawa mix. He's a rescue with some back and leg issues. He's had more and more trouble getting onto our 26" high bed. I recommend this dog stairs and ramp without hesitation. It is absolutely perfect. It's easy to put together
. It's very sturdy, and the soft fabric and slight slope make it very easy for our dog to get up and down. Crazy pet parent, I know, but I think the dog feels safer using the steps!

Maybe better not to take the chance
I was really happy to find a foam ramp this big, but now that I tried one I think maybe this is just TOO big for a foam thing. It's really nice foam but for something as tall as 19", it needs to be firmer and sturdier. If you need something that tall, you're probably better off trying a set of wood o
r plastic steps that can fold up out of the way. My dog is afraid of the ramp because it slides on a carpet and wobbles a bit. But the description said free returns right, so no problem...right? But it was vacuum packed (2 pieces of foam that expand when you open them). There is no way I can return this in 'unused condition' because I can't package it up like that again. I tried to find a way to message the seller about what they wanted me to do about that but there wasn't one.

More of a ramp than steps
1. They are not steps per say it’s a ramp with groves it it but it would have been perfect if it was actual steps 2. My 8 yr old pup had difficulties at first she was a little scared hens not steps. But now she’s a pro 3. My 2yr pup got that hang of it almost immediately But need some assistance. Ove
r all it’s a good product but you need to have patience with your little ones and lots of treats 🐶❤️

6-month old dachshund took to it IMMEDIATELY
Dachshunds have delicate backs so purchased this for our mini - 14 pounds. She loves it!!!! Looks as if it will last a very long time. Slightly hard to put together, however, I am not too good at that type of thing. Have to use a lot of common sense. Not to be assembled if you are distracted. Very, v
ery happy with this purchase. Will probably order 2 more.

Overall a great set of steps.
We've had the plastic framework steps with a fleece type cover for years, but our 16 pound companion often had trouble navigating them. We needed something better, and after looking at at least fifty different options on line, we bought two of these. We're not disappointed. With the old stairs she st
ruggled a little to get on her couch, but these are taller and have a nice gentle slope to them instead of sharp angles like the plastic, snap together stairs have. These steps make it easy for her. She's up and down off her couch with ease. The only slight issue is that the cover bottom doesn't do enough to stop the steps from sliding a little on the tile floor. On carpet or a rug this is not an issue at all. I solved this by putting a piece of rubber style drawer liner like you'd use in your kitchen drawers or tool chests underneath it, which works great. Great product overall but it could use a more slip resistant bottom.

I got these steps a few months ago and they are still in perfect condition. My dogs are weird about stuff like this but they loved the stairs right away! It Really helps my one chihuahua who is 12 and gets sore with too much activity. Highly recommend!! 🙌🏼

Good beginner stairs for puppies
I was hesitant because of the price but it’s actually the best for training a puppy how to use the stairs. It’s really soft so when the puppy eventually falls off it doesn’t hurt them

I just replaced my wall to wall carpets with vinyl. I had plastic doggie steps which moved when my dog climbed them to get on my bed which is high. I replaced it with this with ease and it doesn't because of the non slip backing. It is nice to support a small business.

Easy to assemble and my dog uses it easily. I had bought a different type previously and my dog refused to use it. This one he has no issues

I bought this for an elderly dog, he learned quickly how to go up and down. This will prevent any injuries from jumping in the bed. I highly recommend this product to those dog lovers out there to help their aging dogs.

This is the third staircase I have purchased from this company since rescuing my dog. Stairs are as advertised and my 13 pound "daughter" loves them.
