We all know that there are hundreds of clones and various types of hold down tools. I have to say, I'm super impressed with this item and brand. The finish is really good. No burrs, paint is even, hardware is quality, etc. Even if it doesn't really impact the usability, most of the time items like this are just batch processed at lowest bidder and you can really see the quality problems if you look. Not the case with this one. Versatility, you can clamp really low to the table, to quite high depending on the length of the item. Speed of use is very quick. No overly complicated levers, tension knobs, etc. Just spin the nut (which is very free so you can really spin it vs having to manually crank it) and it's done. You can go from completely loose to locked down in about 3 seconds. The only thing I would have like to have seen is a spare set or two of rubber feet included... because at some point these will wear out, get torn, etc. All in all, super happy with the quality, ease of use, and value for the money. ... show more

From the T-bolt to the industrial knob with a star grip finished for show these definitely are the right choice. You buy a hold and these have huge holding power. They even handle large materials as well as small. I got it right the first time.
