The baby lotion has always helped. Then I switched to a Vaseline brand and that helped a while too. This is a big bottle and will last me quite some time. It is worth it and I must say I would recommend to anyone. If you don't like it or it does not go well with your skin, then try something else. No matter which Stri Vectin product I purchase, it is worth it. After about 3 weeks of use, you really see a positive difference on face, neck and tops of hands if you already have appearance of aging skin. I have used Stri Vectin products for 28 years, religiously. (Morning and night creams, eye cream, neck cream). I started using it in my 40s for preventative aging. I've had this for over a month now and haven't noticed a single difference. NO glow or lightening of spots. I don't like how it is extremely fragrant because I don't think high end products with natural ingredients are supposed to smell like the beach. It's also sticky and I dread putting it on tbh.
