No, just no.. blueberry for the navy.. try vomit. I literally almost threw up from the smell of what seemed like moldy cheese vomit. Worst smell EVER! I’ll be returning the navy one. Black and red ones both smell fine

    • Smells lovely but is way too big and bulky to be useful during softball games

Out daughter started pitching for her softball team this year and would run her hands in the red clay dirt when pitching and get it all over her uniform. I looked online for chalk and stumbled into this. Bought the blueberry scented one as recommended and it smells great! Seems to work well. My only complaint is that it's much too big for her to put in her pocket and has no loop to attach to her belt, so she leaves it in the red clay dirt on the pitching mound. Would be perfect if it were thinner and small enough to fit in a pocket and/or if it had a rivet we could use to clip it to her belt loops. ... show more

Okay so, the blueberry smells like a baby took a dive in a bucket of sour milk.... wish we would have gotten a different scent. BUT - this works amazingly. My spouse used baby powder in the past and said this works much better and is longer lasting! The smell is really hard to ignore because its like a fairies diaper... or a blueberry with a mouth threw up, ate it, and threw it up again. My husband loves it! He gets sweaty hands when he bowls and is always trying to dry them in front of a fan. He reports this works great and he likes the smell. So first things first. This does what it's supposed to do. Keeps your hand dry and the vanilla smell is quite nice, if a bit strong. But I ran into an issue with it personally. I use tape on my thumb (the kind you put on your skin). Once the rosin or chalk or whatever the powder is gets near your tape, it won't be sticking anymore until you wash your hands. I generally easily can bowl all night with a single piece of thumb tape. It took me 5 pieces to get through a game before I realized why my awesome tape wasn't sticking like normal. So, cool product. Just know tape won't stick to your hand with it. Now we just keep it with our pool table and it's handy to have there. ... show more

Never used one of these before but it seems to work just as described. Guess I didn’t realize it was scented when I bought it so when we started using it couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from. Haha. The smell is quite strong but neither a good or bad smell.

I like the bag and the smell but it came with a hole in it. So the contents inside spilled all over in the settee area when I first brought it out in league. Made a huge mess and I couldn’t continue to use it and had to sew it up. Hopefully my stitch job holds up.
