Loved the bag when I bought it. I have had it a little over a year and the retractable handle broke. The middle plastic bracket snapped off and now the top handle broke off. Now I can’t use it. Very disappointing. I bowl one night a week throughout the year so it is not like I am using it all that often. Bag is really well made. The nice size wheels makes it easy to maneuver. The top bag can be remove and it stays securely in place when attached to the bottom bag. Plenty of space for shoes and other bowling accessories
