Rolls very smoothly. the wheels are great. The initial fit for 3 bowling balls is tight, but after a bit of time it stretches and they all fit fine now.

I bought this bag for my son who is a competitive bowler. We purchased this in early January of 2024. It is now mid February 2024 and the zippers on this bag broke. I can't get the zipper back on track. I emailed Hammer as they have a warranty on these items, but they said i need to go thru the seller on Amazon to start the replacement. Well, the amazon 30 day window has closed for replacements or returns. I plan to email amazon again to see if they can uphold this. I feel like I am getting the run around with these companies. Good quality bag. Only small issue, be carefully if you have anything over 13lbs balls. Very small gap when trying to close the bag all the way. You can still close it but if you have OCD the very small gap might bug you.
