I bought this bag for my son who is a competitive bowler. We purchased this in early January of 2024. It is now mid February 2024 and the zippers on this bag broke. I can't get the zipper back on track. I emailed Hammer as they have a warranty on these items, but they said i need to go thru the seller on Amazon to start the replacement. Well, the amazon 30 day window has closed for replacements or returns. I plan to email amazon again to see if they can uphold this. I feel like I am getting the run around with these companies.
