I have only used this for a couple weeks. The storage & bag material all seem to be quite good. The handles are good, with the exception of the retractable handle. It isn’t bad, per se…but it is a little “wobbly”. So far, it has been fine. I will leave an update, if needed, as I have more time with the bag. UPDATE: 7/28/24……… This bag has so many good features….but the retractable handle is TOTAL TRASH!! It clearly did not last long beyond my initial review. It completely broke today, is basically unusable. All that is a real shame, because it has a lot going for it. I can not give it a real recommendation, as that handle is quite important to the bags function. ... show more
